I’m just trying to remove and replace the plastic gear and crank case and I hope it’s easy and I don’t have to remove the oil or anything. Yeah, when I first got this Zuma 125 with low very low miles, I parked it for a second on a slope with just the kickstand and it rolled forward and fell over. It bent the center stand which punched a hole in the plastic gear and crank case cover. Not sure if it affects the performance with a small hole, but I figure I replace and found a cheap used OEM part of eBay.

It's nice, I heard it's comfortable... I never rode one... I don't really know much... the quality is not as best like Yamaha, Honda, Vespa... but still good

Uh oh bummer about that... Yeah that plastic cover doesn't affect anything, you are good to go
If you do not have a key, how do you remove the plastic cover on the gas cap?
After you remove the cover, how do you remove the gas cap lock?

the filter thing is inside bottom of gas tank... where petcock is at
