    Great talk! Dr Jack Kruse also soeaks on this and goes further with the idea that our cells make light inside the body without external sunlight. Very fascinating stuff!!

    I am 99% carnivore and I no longer sunburn. I used to burn easily (Irish heritage). The proper human nutrition is red meat and sunshine

      I'm carnivore. I spend hours outside everyday, including during the midday. I don't sunburn. Then again, I haven't been sunburning since I went keto about a decade ago. I'm sure animal-based nutrition has helped. But others have noticed the same results on other low-carb diets. It also might be the fact that people eliminate seed oils on such diets.

      Try PABA. Use daily. Should help.

      Do a little every day. .. studies show lack of sun and sunscreen cause c n c r and I think burning the skin is not good but 🤷🏼‍♀️..

      @@Think-dont-believe yeah i think sun is good, burn is bad, but people who do not tan at all are always ignored. im thinking sun right before getting pink - is probably healthy but prob not enough to produce vit d and other health benefits. And PABA supplements dont help. I already eat eggs, milk, and meat which are PABA rich. I dont think supplimenting PABA will be of any benefit.

      Change your diet to low carb. Supplement with astaxanthin. Make sure you're getting all your proper macro and micro nutrients.

      Get morning sun which is mostly infrared. This will increase collagen which will increase your resilience to UV. Gradually build up till you can handle mid day sun. Red light therapy will also build up collagen

    Lost me at evolving from plants. No we didn’t and plants aren’t our proper food.

    No sunscreen? Skin cancer from sun is a thing 🤨???

      If you have low nutrition and vitamin d levels then get bursted with extremely strong sun then yes, vitamin d acts on the skin to protect it, whats happening on the brain and oxygen levels/ red light mitochondria is what youre forgetting aboutb

    • @user-be5xy3ws1y
      @user-be5xy3ws1y 4 місяці тому

      That doesn’t even make sense. What a dangerous message to spread that you shouldn’t wear sunscreen. Especially lighter skin people-need less time in the sun to get enough vitamin D. The more sunburns you get to more likely you are to get skin cancer. And water offers almost zero protection again sunburn.
      About 40% of UV radiation can still reach the body about a foot and a half below the water surface. So just dangling your feet in the water all day is not going to make you less burnt. I think there’s a lot of good info in here but that part is a crock of 💩

      Your ancestors got way more sunshine outside for miljons of years, and didn’t knew they have to have sunscreen. Eat well, move a lot, and be outside as much as you can (and don’t bake yourself, but be in the shade when that makes sense)

    • @raykinney9907

      @@biodivers5294Yes. You get a LOT of near infra red, even in the shade, since even though it can't be seen, is reflecting off of green vegetation around you and then passing through cloth, hair, bone, and penetrating well into soft tissues. This is important support for mitochondrial function. See quantum biology research, such as Scott Zimmerman explains.
