our si expression 3 just deleted all the saved cues on its own and when i save another settings the next day it will delete like factory reset again hope anyone could help is this a bug or what
hELLO Ive made this as you explain. I have a si expression 3.... but after doing this, the mixer boots as si expression 2: It went to MUSICO to service and went with the same problem. Ive changed the internal memory SD and same situation. Please help me Im using version 1.7 and 1.8 firmware and same problem. What should i do? Thanks sorry for my bad writting in english
Interesting, the video shows formatting the sd card first, but the pdf users guide says to update the software first. Does it matter the order in which you do it?
Eric Rotenberger Not particularly Eric! After is advised however the video has it the other way around as the SD card format needs more explaining that the software update, we didn't want to loose viewers before we got to that process!

+Soundcraft Mixers The issue is that UA-cam compresses audio very terribly at 480p, and to my ears it sounds like the audio was already in a lossy format. Transcoding lossy to lossy is never good :)
Hey, I just recently started using the Si Expression at a new venue, and one of the owners swears that I can dump a stereo audio file of the show to the SD card. Is it possible? I couldn't find anything in documentation or by menu-diving. If not, I'll tell him to invest in some external gear if he wants to document performances.
It is worthwhile noting that formatting the SD card will erase all existing show files so make sure you back these up to USB first.

I have the SI Compact 32. There isn't anyway to get my shows from version 2.3 to version 3.0 is there?

Great video, but the sound quality is just horrible. I know you can do better! And please upload your vids in at least 720p.
