OMG! Denise Austin! I used to tape your videos so I could do them after school! I’m so excited that I found these and I can’t wait to try them!
I have Denise’s book - Pilates for everybody… bought it in 2006.
It helped me very much! Especially, to understand how properly to inhale and exhale during the exercise and how much it’s impacts it!
Of course, as a result, I had great figure, especially but and legs.
I need to start exercise, again!

Yay! Grew up doing Denise Austin vids with my mom just to have an activity to do together (she was a busy mom of 6!) excited to hear Denise’s voice again and so stoked to learn from her own Daughter now!

I’m definitely gonna give this a try and it may become a regular! I’ll have to skip the curtsey lunges due to a hip flexor injury, but I will sub with something else!
