What product is this?
I never thought of stretching my hair in that sort of way! For me, the back is the loosest texture, middle and crown are tighter, and the front is a little looser. I really like the way you stretched your hair according to where the most shrinkage was and the shape you wanted! So pretty🥰🥰
I always shower after I rinse my condition out/style my hair, never before or in-between because I hate the feeling of hair products on my body! Idk how people do it

For that feeling on my skin, I simply wash in my bath with my hair tipped over…I am fully clothed and go about my day
I think the best thing when doing a gel only wash and go is if you rewet your hair, it re-activates the gel! Makes your hair pop again without having to re-do it completely. I did my first gel only wash and go about 2 weeks ago and it truly changed the game for me 🙌🏾
Yeah I put oil and gel for my wash n go and it’s amazing how juicier my hair is when I wet it

I spent a lot of $ on a shampoo and conditioner line. Dried my hair out instantly!! Broke my heart to have to let it go, but my hair simply said no way. Have to listen to your hair.
Love this. Really missed the wash and go content. Also small suggestion, especially if it is a water locking gel: you may have better results and retain more moisture if you apply by starting from your ends, then going mid shaft, and then applying to your roots. Let me know if you try it!
I literally realized after the fact I started at the roots! I was so used to it from shampooing! Definitely will showcase that technique next video! Thank you 🤗

I love this gel!! I start from locking the water at my ends first then the rest of my hair then I get out the shower and go through it for more definition. ❤️

I have the same problem with shrinkage. Drives me ABSOLUTELY CRAZY that one side shrinks more than the other. I don't care about shrinkage I just wish my hair just does the same thing all over 😔. My hair shrinks considerably more on the right side than the left. When I first when natural a year ago I was cutting the left side since it so much more loose so it matches. But I stopped, decided to accept it and just let my hair just be. Still drives me batty. But the longer it grows the less I notice. It was Hella noticeable when it was a twa.

I remember a long time ago when someone would ask somebody how did you achieve that curly look and they literally said they just washed it and that’s how their hair curls. Reality; that is a wash and go.
What’s not a reality is people creating hair styles with all these products and steps calling it wash and go. That’s not a wash and go. That is a “wash and go” hairstyle. It is a “hairstyle” ok. Because you’re not just washing it and going.

Did you workout and sweat along during the week? Just curious how wash and goes hold up with exercising.
I did! Once I got the reveal part recorded I went on walks workout and all. I still have definition right now it’s more of a round Afro. Since it would be a week I could wash now, refresh to hold out for the weekend, or puff it out till the weekend.
