@brianway all I ever wanted was a seaphome Strat humbucker in bridge and nice maple neck hopefully they'll have a Strat like guitar like that!

so true! i was at guitar center recently and asked something about them having no leftys and the guy was like "oh no we do" and i'm like um...there's 2 black guitars hanging way high up where i can't reach them in a back corner. that does not count as having leftys.

The strings are not supposed to be burried in the nut slos. At 1:47, we can see, that is the case ! So if you file to deep, you have to shave the nut down in order to have 1/2 of the string outside the nut.

Hey Jon, I know that sometimes a mic can be deceiving, how bright sounding is this guitar, in comparison to a Jazzmaster and Les Paul, which one does it lean more towards?

No way at this price... PureSalem will drop their price because no one is going to purchase. Not enough to justify the cost anyway. I'd just go with Fender...
