It’s cause it was a deleted scene they never finished the cgi

It is though. They just weren't able to finish the CGI before the movie got released. It's also the scene where we get to see Optimus Prime for the 1st time in Rise Of The Beasts. This also originally would've been the opening scene if we didn't get the Maximals introduction opening scene.
