I really love the white in the hutch. I love Farm Fresh. It is my absolute favorite color. It looks great with white wax also. Love the pink chair. It’s so sweet. You’ll get there. The space will be great. That window will let in so much light. Thanks Heather
That window is the only reason I am open to working in the basement! It doesn’t feel like I’m in a dungeon! I am going to add some white wax to see if I can get some clarity on the hutch final color. Thanks for the tip!!

After watching your previous video, I adopted your word for the year, “ORDER”. My house and life need order. After having Covid and being diagnosed with Post Covid Syndrome, last Spring I found out I had breast cancer. My house isn’t organized as it once was. I thrift way too much and collect and yes, hoard. I packed up four boxes in one day to donate. It’s a start, I’m gonna get this done. I needed to focus on my health and getting through chemotherapy, a partial mastectomy and radiation while still dealing with Covid long hauler health issues. It will take some time, but that’s ok. I set a goal for the week, what I need to achieve and it’s gratifying to see small changes happening.
Sherry-I am so sorry you are dealing with poor health right now! But…I’m glad you found value in adding ORDER!! Taking back your home will give you something to focus on that you can control and be proud of! I’m routing for you! Thank you for sharing you story and for being here! 🥰

That’s what I ended up doing for the hutch I sell paint out of. The problem is the curved doors are my favorite part of this piece! 😬. I’ll paint them and include them but can always take them off if they drive me nuts! I think farm fresh is gonna win!

Heather, you have a good start on your organization goal! Be truly thankful that you have optional: i.e. all that space in that basement! You can’t possibly know what a blessing that would be for me (and I’m not going to bore you with telling), but I yearn for space like that. The items today were just lovely. I, too, would be in a quandary if I had to pick between Farm Fresh and Apothecary!
Maybe I should just blend the two colors together!?! 🤔. It is a blessing to be able to expand to the basement!!! However I have been expanded my hoard way too much down there and have created a problem for myself! 🤦🏽♀️

I did white swan, or vintage linen and it looked so good- sold it for 500 in my booth!…apothecary is ALWAYS a good seller for me! It’s a sure thing! And I’m in Chattanooga- you have better business in Ga than I do, if you’re not selling- I say farm fresh- if your selling, apothecary !
It’s staying with me so I can be a little more bold! Trying to add a little color to my personal life!

Love all the projects today have to say the hutch is my favorite. Farm fresh would be a beautiful color on the outside of it. Think I'd shellac it and coat of white primer though first. Just my opinion on it. Wishing you A Very Happy Prosperous n Healthy New Year.

I actually like Farm Fresh better than Apothecary but my all time favorite is Aviary!
I like that the two play well together so Farm Fresh may just win! I do need to give Aviary a try next!
I love Farm Fresh. Just tried it for the first time this fall. Used it with some white wax and it turned out beautifully. I also really like Aviary for a green and of course, you can never go wrong with Apothecary lol.

I just love Henry! I think you're space is going to be great.i had an idea just pop in my head when you were doing the little table and chairs. What do you think about putting chalkboard paint on top? So the kids can use it like a dry board, they even have the paint in white now. I dont remember where I saw it, probably Walmart, but its just a thought. Its beautiful as is. I love the cabinet, the white inside will really show everything off. As far as the out side color, the color you were using is pretty, but is it going to match everything else? What ever color you decide will be great. God bless
The thing I’m loving about Farm Fresh is that it plays so well with apothecary…which is my color scheme! Think I’m going to go for it for now…can always paint over! Thanks for watching!
I think you should use apothecary for the outside of your cabinet. It’s a green and a baeautiful one.
Apothecary is totally my favorite and I may overuse it if that’s possible! 🤦🏽♀️. Thinking of doing some blending with apothecary and farm fresh to get outside of my comfort zone a little

I painted an old China cab it bright pink for holding fabrics. It stays down in my sewing room.

I am a big fan of Farm Fresh and love the storage basket. Apothecary for the cabinet. Henry is afraid of getting DIYed.
I love that Farm Fresh and Apothecary play so well together so I can’t go wrong with either one! Henry gets DIY’d every time mama gives him his haircut! 😜. He knows when to run! 🫣

I am looking forward to seeing what you do with the hutch. I am wondering if the reddish finish will bleed thru the white paint? I know some diy people use spray shellac before painting that type of finish. Henry!!! Do you not like the basement stairs? It’s ok!
He keeps coming down to the basement and checking on me and then will wait at the top for me to reappear! 🤣. So far the wood hasn’t come through…especially after the top coat! This is more of a laminate so I took a gamble that there wouldn’t be any bleed through.

I liked all the colors and the projects you did. But honestly the rocking chair and the bistro set is too distressed for me. As Coco Chanel used to say, less is more, for customers at least. And the China cabinet…drippy finish and multi garish I just find it’s trendy and one day you’ll look at it and think, “why did I do this?” Lol Keep w your distressed finish, it’s looking good! Ps, my Cavapoo doesn’t go down my basement either lol
A customer bought a super chippy pink piece I did recently for her nursery since she is finally expecting a girl…I had her in mind and hope she grabs it as the baby girl should be here any day now. I’m going away from more distressed pieces in my home recently too but find they are still selling for me. I think Henry just needs a nice warm basement bed and maybe he will join me soon! 🫣

It’s totally my favorite and plan to do a piece in my kitchen that color. Trying to go a little different in the studio. It’s so dreamy though!
