Hi Mr Leverett. I just found your videos over the past few hours and I have been following Parker’s journey. His mom honestly reminds me of my mom and I went through this my entire life with her. My biological dad was never there to rescue me from the abuse my mom and her multiple partners put me through physical, emotional and sexual. She went to the point of refusing to take me to doctors for any medical issues and I was diagnosed with life threatening illnesses too late. The only way I was able to get away was through a scholarship. I am now 24 and through a lot of therapy, medical treatments and living with a loving adoptive family was able to overcome all the trauma and gain some weight back as I was 59 lbs when I was living with my mom. Parker is super lucky to have had you fighting for him and he fought for himself and was able to recognize the toxic behavior at such an early age. I am so happy to see his progress! I hope he continues to conquer life. He inspires me 🙂
I’m so proud of you for pulling through all these years! I know I may not be the right person but as a fellow adopted child(only from birth) it’s great to have people you know love you since they choose to be with you whenever. I may be younger and not have as many experiences as you but man am I SO proud of you for fighting with all your heart. Good job and I believe you can do something great someday!

I know in that time I wouldn't have been fit to take care of a dog much less a child. But as a mother ,we do want to put our children in harms way.
