When I started following pro football in earnest, the Cowboys were terrible. Aikman and Smith were in the twilights of their careers, and Irvin was already gone. Even after Dave Campo left and Parcells took over, I still had to kind of work at hating them, they just seemed kind of...pitiful.
This game changed all that. This was the night I really, truly began to hate the Dallas Cowboys. And they haven't had a team so chock full of villains since.
