Jake doesn't have long-ranged attacks, he just has meelee attacks with a far reach

I do feel the axe hand reeling back could be touched on, but other than that, they really got Jake's shapeshifting abilities down pact. And his abilities aren't too strong but they get the job done, just like in adventure time, the team of multiversus did an amazing job.
Yeah, as always, Jake doesn't use strong attacks, but instead relies on overwhelming the opponent

They went so hard with Jakes animation, probably the work of the mythical horse JAMES BAXTER!! (Fr though the animators did an amazing job)
Actually would've been cool if all of his charged attacks didn't increase in damage but instead increased in range.
Otherwise a small nit-pick for such an on-point fighter (Seems to be a trend with this game tho)

This is really cool I like how well Jake is animated here 👍 it's just a real shame that nickelodeon all Star brawl is not like this game or smash bros I mean I guess it's cool that there adding voice acting to nickelodeon all star brawl but that still does not make up for the fact that the game is poorly animated and that there are no items in the game at all and that there is not music from the shows it would have been cool to hear SpongeBob music while fighting on the jellyfish fields stage 😒
It's a shame the Nickelodeon one didn't end up like this one. That game needs some serious polish. It was fun for like the first week or so when it came out but it got boring quick. Then the flaws really started showing.
@@GT-wj3gl I get that people complain about the lack of polish, and I understand. Nick didn't give the devs a lot of resources and it shows, but not only is Voice Acting confirmed for the future, but so is crossplay AND items. There are items in the game's code that have yet to be implemented properly, but with a team as small as the one we have working on NASB, it takes more time to put together than Smash or MultiVersus.
Hoping the devs can live up to the promises they made.

Great video, love someone is doing these movesets breakdowns, however it's a bit misleading.
You mixed up the Side Tilt and Neutral Attacks. In MultiVersus, your Side Tilts are your jab combos and your Neutral Attack is a heavy attack. It's like that for every character.
It's small but, misinformation and all that. Good video though!
Side tilt is when I push the control stick forward.
Neutral attacks is when I just tap the attack button.
That's how it feels to me.
I looked at the move list. They should fix that cause it's confusing.
Yeah, I think they messed up. My controls are set to legacy so when I follow directions, the movelist is actually the opposite. There's an error I need to report to the developers.
@@Master0fHyrule Ahh, I don't have mine set to legacy so I thought it was an error on your end, I never knew it did that. I personally prefer Side Tilt as jabs, but that's cool there's an option. Anyways, sick video!
