What mod code does this full under? I thought you could only increase tyres 50mm in qld and they couldn’t be mod?
What would be the most an engineer could do in Victoria? Obviously legal would be 2” with 33’s but could an engineer go further?

You are best to speak with your local Transport department as to what can be done in WA.
