Whole Grain Bread Recipe:
300 g wheat flour.
300 g whole grain flour.
400 ml of water.
10 g dry yeast.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
2 teaspoons of salt.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
50 g flaxseed.
Brush with milk.
Flax seed.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 ° C / 400 ° F.
Tasty and healthy!

Hallo, ich finde es super wenn die Leute selber zu Hause backen. Nun ich habe ein paar Videos von dir angeschaut, im grossen und ganzen machst du es gut solltest jedoch einige sachen beim Teig machen beachten. Wenn du Brote machst mit Körnern dann solltest du diese am Vorabend mit etwas Wasser einweichen so entzieht dir das Brot während dem Backen weniger feuchtigkeit raus so hast du ein Brot nach dem backen das länger feucht und frisch bleibt.
Das zweite, wenn du den Teig fertig geknetet hast solltest du ihn so 60 -90 min gehen lassen dem sagt man stockgare, wärend dieser Zeit kannst du den Teig ein bis zweimal zusammenfalten damit wird er beim Backen Luftiger dein a geschnittenes Brot sieht sehr Kompakt und schwer aus.
Es gäbe noch mehr zu beachten aber mit diesen zwei Punkten wirds gut.
Also ich bin gelernter Bäcker, Konditor, Confiseur und weiss von was ich spreche.

Мягкость и качество води, энергетика рук человека и его настроение и желание печь хлеб.
Всё это обязательно отразиться на качестве и на вкусе хлеба ....
