Ouuh, food receipes! What I often do, when I have freezer space, is prep several servings of veggies, so I can combine them with whatever carb and protein I feel like during the week! One of them I love to do is brown mushrooms cut in chunks, with sautéed onions, ginger powder, sesame seeds and teriyaki / oyster sauce. It pairs so well with rice, pasta, on a toast, with chicken, tofu, salmon... it's like mixing and matching your wardrobe, but with food! I've also made some (checks translation) runner beans in a tomato sauce (a diced tomato can, smoked paprika, garlic, basil, and my little trick a chicken broth cube! ) that also pairs well with different stuff. You may notice I never listed salt, and well that's because I don't use any x) I prefer to use spices and broth cubes and miso paste, they add both salt and flavour ^^
Oh, if you often use garlic, I do recommend getting a garlic press ^^ it's fairly easy to clean, shreds it nicer than I'll ever do with a knife, and there's no risk of losing a finger!
Wait, small PO box... oh. oh no. I fear the worst for the package. Imagine if there was cake in it ;) (no but I am starting to be worried cuz the person sending the package usually packs it tightly secured and quite big....)

@@doreimani Yeah that enveloppe hurt to watch..... I have vague memories of a possibility to carefully iron papers to flatten them out, I know I did with some watercolors years ago but I can't remember the specifics :/
I’m actually an ex-vegan! I went vegan for almost 7 years and it made me so sick long term. I remember how terrified I was to eat meat after. I had to take it slow too. But man, I’m so much more healthier. Glad you’re finding what works for you 🥰 it’s ok to change and experiment 🩷

Such a cute video Doreimani!! I really love these “day in my life” style vlogs 🥰 cooking tip: for the chicken, I find it shreds easier when warmer. Also save a bit of leftover pasta water and add that to your noodles to help loosen them up! 🩷
