Looks like it needs to cook longer... 12 mind for dark on the bone chicken is not long enough. I recommend at least 5 min in a 300 degree oven after frying to be sure, otherwise good recipe 😊

I don’t criticize your cooking but looks like it has still some fresh blood inside means it’s not fully cooked.. Salmonela is the number one cause of undercooked chicken.
Yes ma'am I agree she should know its a little longer than that all she showed us a piece away from the thigh bone; if she cut where the bone is it still been raw inside and she can't cook kept turning the chicken over 😮
Rinsing the chicken is adequate as it will be fried at high heat for about 20-25 minutes...WASH those hands after handling raw meat every time. I am amazed this was never suggested!
