Jason, you are definitely handling those ore bags way too much. I would suggest you go old school, forget the ore bags and muck directly into an ore cart then when you get to the raise/stope dump it directly into the shoot and have another ore cart placed under the shoot to be filled by the ore coming down. Rinse and repeat for the next raise/stope then dump directly into a dump truck (or dump bin in the back of a truck) at the portal.

Jason, you have a major gold bonanza mine on your hands! 🎉 😮 The buttons were huge for such a small amount of cons! Furthermore, the buttons looked as pure as you can get gold. Their sheen and color prove that to be a fact. You are so blessed to have a mine like this. Who else can say, "I walked right in, scooped up a few handfuls, and carried the loot to my shop for extraction?" No one I know of at present can say that right now.
Thanks for sharing your awesome gold with us! A quick suggestion before I sign off: process any cons (no matter what it looks like), and send some of the silver color off to find out if it's a precious metal. That's what I would do. Blessings from Alabama ❤️

Years ago I watched an episode of “lifestyles of the rich and famous” and there was a filthy rich woman who had quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms of her mansion.
It wasn’t just any quartz but ore slabs from the California mother lode and were laden with stringers and spots of gold, absolutely amazing.
If you could ever come up with a way to get your ore out in slabs like that, I would think the value would increase significantly.

Jason, this was such a cool video. I look forward to each next episode in your Channel. Definately the best out there. The facts, teaching us about where you fine the best gold. The quartz and silver lines that hold that high grade gold. So fascinating. I have learned so much on your channel. It never gets boring like so many of the other gold prospectors out there. Dan and you and a few others Wow. Did you decide on a name for your stone? Look forward to looking in your store. I make wire wrapped jewelry. Some of the slabs would be amazing for that. Thank you again for such an informative video and taking us along during this Opening to finding the great rock that holds the gold.

Thanks for all the 1 to 15 series of "Opening my gold mine".
It's been my "thing" while visiting relatives on the other side of the world. I recently moved to live in the tin mining region of Cornwall, UK. So have taken an interest in mining. I already volunteer at the local mining society's little mine.
As a welder, repairing the compressed air line had me experiencing drilling with a Holman Silver 900 (similarish to your Gardner FL83). Which lead to interest in tunnel blasting. Which took me to your videos - "7" or "8". Then zoomed-out to follow your entire start-to-completion "my mine" endeavour.
I like the American "can do" attitude on practical things. In welding, Codes like AWS D1.1 and API1104 get a better result in a much simpler and cheaper way than the cascades of ISO and EN Standards.
So I looked to America and there you are...
For a high-speed high-energy tour of of the subject, I have really benefitted.

Jason if your trying to get out specimens out of the face try putting a masonry diamond wheel on an anger angle grinder notch around it, then pop it out with a chisel should work well

You guys are making the job of mucking out and retrieving ore so much harder than it has to be by sticking with the bag system. Have a look at a UA-cam video "The Bushman's Greatest Opal Finds On Outback Opal Hunters" this shows how Aussie Opal Hunters use a vacuum system to transport the ore from the face and dump it into their truck with very little effort, well worth having a look. Enjoy your work Jason.

Maybe you can make crank system with pulleys only to bring the empty red bucket back up with less effort.
And maybe use a truck winch powered by a generator to attach a rope to some carts to help moving even more bags with no effort.

JASON, if had access to your mine, I would spend my time brooming out all the left-over muck, the crumbs, wash down and then vacuum the cracks. Stiff bristle and different size dust pans required. Don't forget long tweezers, not the cheap kind. Would love for you to do this, make a video, you'll probably jump out of your skin when you see how much you recover. Lay it out on a nonmetallic surface and run a pin pointer over it to find the coarse jagged free gold. Any pieces that give a beep but can't see any Au, throw into a dolly pot and lightly hand crush, then pan for jagged Au. Those of us watching will be flabbergasted. Over the winter, for future rounds to be blasted, create hanging blast curtains made from the treads cut out of truck tires using bolts, nuts and lock washers to hold together. Can drill and assemble on site. Use rock bolts that have fasteners welded to hang the blast curtain from. Emplace new rock bolts as you advance to move the curtain forward. Enquire with your blasting agent about cost and availability of shaped charges to use in the ribs and back, for shitty ground. A miner needs to experiment to get the best breakage.

Very nice to see a rich pocket, 10 to 20 ounce / ton materiel, and that chock full piece is greater than 5000 ppm materiel (5kg/ton). Your little old mine has some interesting potential. I hope you are creating some detailed geologi9cal plans showing vein type, associations, orientation and geological structural relationships.
