Luche is such a good little worker. She missed throwing the fava bean into the crate, so she walked around and picked it up. She is very conscientious. This is a very good trait.❤🎉😊

Watching Luce grow into a little girl from a toddler is amazing.She is stretching out, her speech is getting easier to understand ( both Italian and English). So wonderful!
She’s definitely a little girl now. Not a baby. I think she has an old soul and knows her mission in life. Very smart and wise.

Watching Luce helping Luca carry the box to the garden for the Fava beans is so precious. It reminded me of Nicki & Carlo doing the yearly harvest with his brother, as it is their family tradition. This is the start of your family traditions on your land. I loved hearing Luce talk and talk while she picked beans, wanting to do it herself. What a beautiful beginning to many years ahead.
Your parenting is next level, she is so blessed! The beauty of life shines through, sickness, health, family, all so precious, and the life you are giving your daughter is so special. What a lovely place you live, just lovely!!! Hoping you are both strong and healthy soon!

Hearing Beautiful Luce speak Italian is just so sweet. I know that may sound silly, but I’m 62, of Italian descent and although I studied Italian through High School here in the States, I’m relearning it as I’m retiring in Italy. 🦋🎨 It’s Sunday and I get to watch LeAw! Having a clothesline brings back so many childhood memories, and in most places that you live in the United States to have HOA as you’re not allowed to have a clothesline even a small one. I always wonder these people that are making these decisions they ever smelled like clothes, smell like when you take them out for the clothesline after being out in the sunshine. There’s nothing like it.
In Scotland people in flats put washing lines out or clothes things for clothes I got garden so I put lots ropes outside for me and 3sons😂
It’s the same in a lot of places in Spain. It’s crazy with all that sun, encouraging people to waste energy with a tumble drier!

What a beautiful little town. If I lived there my house would be filled with that pottery. So great to see Luce well and happy again. She eats so well I’m surprised she ever gets sick. So lovely you have raised her on so many fresh fruits and vegetables. Hope Sarah is well soon.

Some of my first memories are of my Mom waking me up early to go walk on the beach and watch the sunrise (Melbourne, Florida - not Sicily!) - the calming sound of the waves and the smell of the ocean come back to me watching this! Luce will always have those memories! Thank you for bringing the beautiful Sicilian village sights and sounds - I look forward to this every Sunday! I appreciate all of you!
I love the way Luce has always been included in everything in a real and appropriate way. I love the way you introduced complex foods and flavours to her early on, and love seeing that she is now a curious eater with a rather sophisticated interest in and appreciation of food. And I love that she is involved in things like picking the fava beans. You are giving her an appreciation of everyday activities so that she understands them as joys as well as chores.
