We have a smart and setting on New York. Dutch and pretty good condition still at volume to my mother-in-law to 1950. Something and me and my husband talk about getting it right done. It doesn't need a whole lot. Just needs to be able to be self-contained. Because it's major just pulling to a space and keep it there. But it's really in good shape.
Mold, mold, mold shows up all over the wood when cooking, showering. I recommend a way to get rid of moisture build up for that trailer because it has so much wood panels and wood cabinets. I lived in a trailer like that and mold and mildew was a big issue all over the wood. The windows collected moisture around the window frames and on the windows during the fall and winter which added to the mold issues.
Yes, the pop-can effect is a problem in all trailers... those with wood even more. They must stay dry with dehumidifiers in the wet months, especially if you live in a damp place.
I have a 1962 Vandyke Embassy, ( still has the trailer fork and axles) 10x55 and have done many updates including a new roof-over, 30 gal hot water tank, kitchen and bathroom and NO WAY could I ask $85K !!!!!! ps I'm in MI :) Complete with original Pink sinks and bathtub, all Intact !!!
We have a game site on the ohio river We've been there 25 years. All we doing are came for sleep, we spend most Outside enjoying the outdoors game proves are just to go in And go to sleep
Halon can be great, but it is nasty. It can kill you easily. (It removes the oxygen from the area it's sprayed; if the door(s) and window(s) are closed.) It is nasty to clean up.
Gourgous Job Restoring.... You can see the time & Money spent on this unit. It has most all original with a touch up to date thing's...Love it. What is the asking price on this please?
Well I mean you're letting us know how much you spend that's well and good but as far as the solar panels on the roof Martin , it would have been nice if the panels would have been line up for hanging off the side of each corner throws it off a lot I'm not the only one that seen that, what year were those panels put on, in what year is that setup , but other than that I think he did a heck of a job on the place fixing it up, it's a it's all about the solar panels great job👍🎞🎞🎞🎞🎞🎞🎞 🎞🎞🎞🎞🎞🎞🎞 solar panels up there every direction and a line sticking off the sides I mean come on it's always the best always the best but not on the on the roof why couldn't they go straight in a line had to be a better way you didn't think it through so busy talking about how much you spent on the thing the roof through 21:49
Has this camper been sold already? There is no update to this video as far as I can tell and if possible can you post a link or mention where you purchased the table system please. :)
@@mattjohnson2312the website is not good anymore. Will you please share how much your asking price was and let us know a range of price, we might expect to pay for one. Thanks! Great video intro...
Would you suggest counseling or divorce? She is just a little nervous wanting to get all the details right, doesn’t seem to bother him. Beautiful trailer with a sympathetic restoration and thoughtful updates. They decided to keep their trailer.
@@godseeker7628 I don't remember, maybe its here in another comment. It is really not useful information to know what things that were once listed for sale were once priced at if the sellers change their mind about selling. If you are an interested buyer just contact them and see if you can work out a deal. Unlisted property gets bought all the time by people who make serious offers to the owners. Make them an offer and you could be the next owner.
Well Done! Nice work! The craftsmanship is amazing. The interior...no words
Well done, excellent showing. I bet it's difficult letting it go...🙁

Is it sold? What price? Any other for sale ? Excellent workmanship! Thanks for sharing.
no longer for sale, I decided to keep it.
@@mattjohnson2312I'm glad to hear that. It sort of broke my heart for you. So much TLC went in.

Did good except for the “um, um, um, um, um,um um,um”
How much does that thing weigh ? Did you ever sell it?
When your doing your video on Spartan slip us a price range $$
No crapper would be a deal breaker for me. The axle would be a deal breaker as well if not new.
That's what I get for commenting before the video ends 😅. 😅😅 my bad.
I missed the price.
Old war charm and modern kind of an oxymoron, yes? And vintage? It doesn't look modern though.
It depends on preference. I love the classic look of the interior but some modern amenities are such great additions.
Are you doing sleeping inside inside of them
Is price given?
check out the website :)

I'm pretty sure that big ol sink didn't make doing dishes any more enjoyable.
I'm afraid you are mistaken in this case.

No sofa?
No room for a sofa. We preferred to have a bigger table to eat dinner with guests at.
My neighbor has a beautiful 60 years old aluminum trailer.
He painted it primer white. One coat. Didnt even cover. What a waste
