Man just by this simple method, u saved me a headache in the making🤦🏿♂️🤣 I was catching hell with this oil filter. But u showed me a cheaper and easy way to save my money. Thanks bro🙏🏿👌🏿
Thanks for the video it helped me. I saw the screw driver method as comment mentioned too but it wasn’t good for me as mine filter is hidden no room for screw driver. Thanks again!
This method is the most logical one I've seen on youtube. The other ones advise you to poke holes in the filter which is stupid. Anyway thanks for sharing.
Ehhh, I'll stick to my screwdriver. Interesting video though. I'd never reuse an oil filter so not concerned about it's condition when I'm done with it.

I came up with the same methode last night while thinking how to solve the problem, and your video pops up next morning in my video feed...lol
Downright Archimedean hack right here. I was about to cut the damn thing off. Thanks a million times
Don't mind me add on. If paracord is slipping. Just smear silicone around the filter. Let it dry over-night. It helps to grip the paracord.
The best advice for oil filter stuck! You save me!! Big thanks!!!
Thank you for offering something different and simple. it is appreciated.

Looks great in theory but in practice unlikely to loosen a tightly fitted filter in a tight space.

Here’s where I used it.

Deserves a sub
Ooh nice, will def. Try it.
This trick just saved my butt. I did not want to buy a oil filter wrench to use one time. 🤠
that's genius bro....
Brilliant!now if only I had some paracord!!!😞
smh - I ruined a perfectly good parachute for this ;)
How about on a vehicle?
Yeah I can do this upsidown in the dark while laying in a puddle of watered down oil.
