Thanks for this! I'd like to add that this timelapse feature only supports RGB/Alpha 8-bit color space. Tried recording my piece but I am working with CMYK/Alpha for printing purposes and it doesn't support it :(
is there a way where you don't have to save as png or jpg to have the timelapse images be there? like it takes up so much space if I save the timelapse images.
I checked them and they work for me. You can try to google "Krita manual Render Animation" and "Krita manual Recorder Docker", they should be on the website docs.krita.org

i dont see the recorder in my dockers like I don't have an option to turn it on HELP
i'm a little late, but it might be because you have the color mode in CMYK Alpha. it needs to be on RGB i'm pretty sure
go to settings>dockers>recorder
Is there a way to export a drawing speedraw AFTER the drawings been made?
If you didn't record, then no
I tried but krita won't recognize the ffmpeg file?
