Wow, what a fantastic view! Loved the fenced in yard. The owner did a great job with the remodel. Impressed with how much prep space/counter tops they have in the kitchen(really like that tile backsplash too). Loved all the cabinets for storage in the garage and the custom closet in the primary was a nice surprise. Great use of space throughout. A steal for gulf access in the SW👏🏻👏🏻
Here in Cape Coral there really are no lakes like up north, most are man made drainage lakes and they do not go anywhere and people do not boat on them. There is one exception called the 8 lakes in the south west, those are salt water lakes and they access out to the ocean. I have featured those homes when they come available. I’m not an insurance broker so I can’t give you a quote. I can tell you that on a newer construction insurance flood plus homeowners combined is around $5000 a year. And on older homes if you get assumable insurance, it is around the same. I cannot tell you a new policy. There are too many variables, but if you reach out privately, I’ll give you some brokers that you can speak with.
