Can you tell me what you used for a painting coral? These turned out gorgeous! Have you tried the Deco Art Enchanted or Media Interface paints? Also you should try ColourArte Interference Bling It pigments! They are amazing!😊❤
Thank you❤️ I made my paint corral when I couldn't find what I wanted. Yes I have used decoart, love the intense shimmer in the enchanted. I have some ColourArte but none of the interference colors.
I do it all the time to adjust my composition. If I'm doing an off center design, I always spin slowly and move the tile closer to the edge. It's definitely a fun and creative artform, you should try!
Thank you for watching! I am preparing a custom pearl color mixing video and will have it up this weekend. In the meantime, teal is just equal parts pearl blue and pearl green! I also added my recipes to the description and promise to be more thorough going forward to assure you all have what you need to recreate! Thanks again❤️
I made my paint corral from 3/4" plywood, cut into 30" round then banded it with 1/8" plywood soaked in water overnight to bend around the outside. Lined with 3mil plastic. Thank you!
Thank you! Yes, I was considering doing a video on the build but didn't realize there'd be so much interest. I've had many ask how. I cut a 30" circle out of 3/4 plywood (you could use mdf but that's way heavier). The sideboards are just 1/8" cheap plywood that I cut into 5" strips, soaked in my bathtub and screwed to the outer edge of the plywood while still wet. I lined it with 3 mil plastic drop cloth so it would be easier to clean or replace. My spinner is a very heavy marble lazy Susan I bought at TJMaxx.
I'm hearing impaired so I can't catch everything you say. You include your formula for cell activator, where are you using it in this technique? Re: pre-stain wood conditioner, I can find 2 kinds of Minwax, they both say Oil based. Is this the correct stuff? Love this technique so much, can't wait to give it a spin!
I put my cell activator recipe in all of my descriptions but, in this technique, it's not used. No cell activator is needed if you're not blowing it over your bloom paints. That being said, yes, prestain wood conditioner is oil based and that is what it's called. Thank you for watching! Please feel free to ask anything you need to know.
You will get some bubbles regardless but to minimize them, squeeze the bulb flat, set it into your paint all the way to the bottom before releasing. The paint will slowly climb up into the pipette and bubbles will release up into the bulb. My large tile is 6x6. Hope that helps, thank you for being here!
Thanks for being here and your question! I try to anchor the cup with a little paint and anchor the tile as well. It's to raise up my work so it's easier to clean up after and lift off the spinner.
I'm curious. Do you create tiles for clients' personal use? Like accent pieces when redoing a bathroom, etc.? Your work is actually art and it's beautiful!
Thank you! I have made tiles for backsplashes but the one thing that's important to know is they are resin coated to seal the design and they can't be grouted because grout hazes resin and won't form a bond. Tiles have to be taped carefully and caulked.
Sorry, I couldn’t read the words that were coming up on the screen. They disappeared too fast. I need to know what your measurements are and what you used to get the pearl paints fluid. Thank you.
I'm going to edit the description to add that info. Hope that helps!. Thanks so much for watching and asking for what you need. I'm not good at thus but I'm learning fast!
I am trying to script my videos loosely and I do try to talk about the paint I use and the formula in the videos. I added the ingredients and recipes to the description below the video so I'm not exactly sure what else I can do for you. Let me know
Beautiful, must try !! Thanks

I've been doing this on tiles for about 6 months after seeing Molly do this on a canvas. Looks awesome on the tile.

love, love, love!!!!!
They turned out awesome
Great idea!
Curious if you've ever tried to offset the center of your spin? Maybe even a couple offsets 🤔
Love this art! I have a potter's wheel that I might try😊

@@vegasmainiac7745 oooops, I was so amazed I got stuck & didn't explore your other art
I'm a new artist and student of Olga Soby .
Please How do you create TEAL PEARL color?
I didn't know you can make colors.
Thank you for sharing

Hi love the Pearl paint puddles! What are you using for your container to hold your spinner😉?
I made my paint corral from 3/4" plywood, cut into 30" round then banded it with 1/8" plywood soaked in water overnight to bend around the outside. Lined with 3mil plastic. Thank you!
@@vegasmainiac7745Thank you so much!😊❤
Hi, I just found your channel. Can you provide info on what you’re using to spin inside of /set up? Thanks!
Thank you! Yes, I was considering doing a video on the build but didn't realize there'd be so much interest. I've had many ask how. I cut a 30" circle out of 3/4 plywood (you could use mdf but that's way heavier). I get bubbles every time I use a pipette. How do you avoid that? What size is the larger tile?

The paint will slowly climb up into the pipette and bubbles will release up into the bulb. My large tile is 6x6. Hope that helps, thank you for being here!
@@vegasmainiac7745 Yes it does thx.
Can I ask why the cup in the middle? I'm afraid that would make my tiles fly off
Thanks for being here and your question! I try to anchor the cup with a little paint and anchor the tile as well. It's to raise up my work so it's easier to clean up after and lift off the spinner.
Torch ???
These are bloom recipe paints, you never torch these

Please simply tell me what you use to send your pearl paint. One part paint three parts flow troll? Or something else please
Please read the description below the video, recipes and products are all there, in detail
What is that obnoxious squealing in the background 😬?
That would probably be my furnace since it sits right over my studio. Sorry it bothered you
Sounds like the bearings from the turn table...
