Thanks for taking the time to make this video, I think people don’t realize how important preplanning the game is and Boaster is a big part of fnc’s strategy and success
Great video Sliggy! Shanghai times are a struggle to watch live all the time for me in Canada, so i appreciate your vods, recaps and content like this!
ngl after watching this video, i finally understand fnc's comp on split. Thanks Sliggy! It's so genius to use cypher like this, and the fact that you can use him as pseudo-controller with his cages, so you don't have to pick double controller. OMG. hopefully the boys can rest and prepare more strats like this for other maps!
Great analysis as always Sliggy! One thing I'm always interested in hearing about is how to react though. For example how would you counter the B main trip? It looked like nothing FUT did was able to solve their problem so seeing how you would go about solving it would be really cool I think. Maybe that is too much like anti-stratting which I think I remember you saying you wanted to try and avoid, but maybe you could give us a hint or something haha.
Maybe make a vid on map 2 of this series too cuz personally I feel like FNC were heavily favoured but it just seemed like they couldn't do much even when Alfa was still hitting heads. FUT definetly prepped for Lotus and cracked aim made it easier for them. (The rest of the team kinda looked a bit off especially Leo but they still gotta be able to win without Leo popping off)
Another thing I saw TMV bring up even today: If people are losing their map picks, wouldnt it be better for the higher seed team to pick team A, not team B like everyone does? Because then they would get to choose the starting side on the third map, which is huge if everyone loses their map pick. Its an interesting thing to think about at least.
Thumbnail is so refreshing to see, boaster played bad but he does so mucb outside of kda and hes one of the best igls itw, people saying he needs to go are casuals
Feels like the real thesis of this vid and this season, culminating in that match is that we are past “Derke Go Kill.” Derke has looked great when he has been given a job and not so great otherwise.
I feel like you kind of lost the focus of thr video midway through. The basic idea is highlighting how teams loose their mappick when i feel like in order to do that it would be necessary to show other teams and explain more about what it has to do with their mappick. Great ananlysis and video nonetheless just not what i expected from the intro and title
Impact matters only in "pro play" . Take inspiration from this video but dont try to implement this in your rank games as you aint gonna have teammates who understands you or your playstyle . Also you dont know who you are playing against .focuse more on machanis , position and making sure your KD remains positive even if you loose a bit of "impact" , actually helps you in long climbing up the rank ladder as the game doesn't take into account your "impact" but only takes account the raw data.
This is the most helpful tip. People really try to justify their shit mechs by saying “game sense” which almost literally doesn’t exist until high immo lobby. And they blame their teammates for their hardstuck. I gained like 1000 RR once I started to focus on my mechs and mechs alone, people need to take their 1v1s alot more in low ranks, have good crosshair placements, learn to actually “shoot” the enemy then focus on abilities and giving calls PS- When I say game sense I specifically mean the “team play” in ranked, should’ve worded it better lol
Plz make more vids like this it really helps understanding the game a lot!
This game is understandable???
@@DhimaS.G.SatonaI am confused by your reply lol?
Finally a video on this. I always thought this was the case but never looked into it fully

Great vid bossman! We need a lot more IGL impact recognition, people tend to completely miss it when stats are not that good.

Great video! I appreciate the detailed insight
Good stuff steven
The base audio levels could be a little higher.

loved this video, hope to see more like it
I really enjoyed watching this split game, you could really see the work FNC had put into this map.
great vid! I personally prefer to have the stream audio muted, as for me it's a bit confusing to hear 2 people talking at the same time :D
I heckin love sliggy

hey sliggy, i like this kind of stuff
It's simple, choose the side of your opponents map that you are favoured in
I would want more videos like this so that i can use on competitive to annoy enemies.
W thumbnail, Booaster been gettin too much hate when anyone put in their situation would litteraly do nothing
...and then they proceeded to lose the next two maps D:

W video slug man
Amazing video
do you think team nowadays are more focused for antistratting opponent's map pick instead of focusing on their own map pick?

i dont see anything wrong with fnc roster i mean their era simply over just like anyother team before this
