Gelatin and collagen are basically the same thing. Gelatin is cheap. Solgar is the brand I use. It's also better for people who have trouble digesting collagen powder.

Hey there Darlene, I'm like you - I've seen the most benefits in the decrease of joint pain but I've had those creaks since about 26-27. I do think my hair grows faster than before but maybe not much, and I am still having some shedding but I do think it's less than before.
