Hello mam, can you please make a video based on 1)what skills they need ,2)what qualities they look in us 3) What are the major reasons that analyst people lack in them. Please let do answer on it
As a investment banker all i have to say is don't put too much hopes in this career, everyday in company meetups, I hear a lot of managers and investors talk about using AI and cutting off jobs in DA and DS as a means of cutting costs. BTW I'm in bangalore too dealing with all the bangalore companies.
I agree that AI is affecting all kind of tech jobs. But I disagree for the point that it can take a complete career away. Yes, there are many ai tools which can do a job for you, but data analysis or science also requires human skills on so many levels from understanding the requirements to actually putting it all together which human can actually do . AI cannot humanize any thing..
@@smrititales Yes, I agree, you're talking from the developer/engineer perspective, but from business perspective what I said was true. And there's a reason why managers are planning like that. See most people like you, whenever there's a discussion about AI, you get into thinking that AI will fully replace developer jobs, for that I myself disagree with that statement. I don't think AI is capable of doing everything, it still requires directions from human. However AI is going to make jobs easier for developers no matter what development they are working in. When that happens companies start cutting jobs and reducing percentage of developers. Because if a company requires 100 devs to operate(for example) but now AI makes it easier that each dev can do the job of multiple devs using AI, in that case they only need 50 devs considering each dev can do the job of 2 Devs. Obviously there is going to be jobs for Devs in every company but in lower numbers. So considering the fact that these days everyone and their dog and their cat are learning to code (all thanks to free coding courses online) and try to land a dev job because it is comfy, and the fact that companies are willing to hire people without a degree (if they are skilled enough) to get the job done for cheaper price, not to mention there are a lot of people choosing CS degree now, and on the other end AI reducing the number of jobs required in a company. I think the competition for a dev job is going to be literal hunger games in the coming years. My suggestion is it's better in some other industry, atleast you land a job and live with peace of mind. Hardcore competition is not necessary unless you have a specific goal and reason to pursue it. Decent salaries are available even in other industries where you don't have to fight war to land a job. As per what I've seen, some projects are being outsourced to some bookoo crazies without a degree sitting at home because they do it for half the price. So again that adds some more fuel to the fire. So conclusion is you can get a job but are you high above everyone enough to land that job is the real question here, if not then your CS career is pretty much done and dusted.
When someone posts a video about their profession, I am not interested in their personal life. I want to know about their work as a data analyst. What do they do on a daily basis? What are the challenges they face? What are the rewards they enjoy?

Do we need excellent communication skills for this?
Communication Skills is def necessary for all the data analytics roles because you will be directly communicating with the stakeholders/clients regarding business insights. But don't pressurize yourself and delay the process of starting your career even though it is not excellent.. Perfection is not needed.. Just keep on improvising will do . All the best!

Hello, You can be a Data Analyst at any age. If you want to transition your career, you can enroll yourself in an institute and take benefits of the course material, hands on projects, placement assistance and help from mentors.
There are many institutes in the market including - Great learning, Great Lake who charge around 1L. If you're looking for budget friendly institute, then you can also check out Cloudyml.com. I have had sessions with them to understand how they stand out from market, it looked good to me. You can use code: SCDL500 to get Rs. 500 off on the course. Do let me know if you need any info.
