They have so many good songs. Great cover of Hard to Handle, She Talks to Angels, Thorn in My Pride, Wiser Time, etc but Sister Luck is their best song.

They are also notorious for the two brothers (Chris - singer and Rich - guitar) constantly arguing and fighting with each other. So bad to the point band members and other bands on tour couldn't take it. They would argue over anything and neither side would give in and often led to physical brawls.
Great music but sadly self-destructive because the brothers couldn't get along on almost any topic.
My fave song is Thorn in my Pride but all their songs are great. The concert video of them with Jimmy Page was amazing! I saw them live 3 times, every show ridiculously fantastic.

Been a fan from the beginning and have seen them many times in many cities and even met them last summer! I could suggest songs of theirs all day lol!
Listen, I listen to every kind of music except Country. I’m at the country music fan but I listen to everything else. I was born January 1970 so I have a lot of experience with the decades of music and the Black Crowes is one of my favorite bands. It’s a nice mixture of blues and good ole’ southern rock. And you’re right when the Sisters show up you know what’s up! I was 22 and this song came out and party my ass off at the bars, listening to this song

The singer here owes a lot to both Steve Marriot (Small Faces, Humble Pie) and Rod Stewart (Faces, solo etc.) for both the sound of the vocals and stage presence. Regardless, I have always enjoyed this song. Have a great day.

Fantastic band in concert! Haven't seen them since they last broke up. Can't wait for the reunion tour at Harrah's Casino in Council Bluffs Iowa August 19th. Highly recommend tour highlights from touring with Led Zeppelin's Jimmy Paige. Absolutely outstanding takes on Zeppelin classics

Another h song. At their peak - which lasted not too long - they were the real deal. Of the hundreds and thousands of bands that have come and gone most havennothing to say. Crowes were short lived but had something to say for a minute.
The singer Chris Robinson was heavily influenced by James Brown. Pretty obvious, right!
