My experience is not so great. My 3 evaporators (on one compressor) only work when all 3 are on. Called the installers, but they kept saying I was using them wrong and are ghosting me now. I called Senville and their reps were extremely helpful, but without visiting technicians, there is only so much they could do on the phone. I'm apprehensive to find a new AC team, since you can't know who to trust, and we've already spent to much on them.
Agree. Curious how well that condensate line is going to work without any pitch. I have same model (18K BTU) four years now; all-in-all very satisfied.

I can't get the Wi-Fi feature on my Senville to work
I thinks its to close to the celling, its loosing capacity cause the air flow is reduce by the lack of air
They definitely didn't follow the manufacturers recommendations... It's too close to the wall on the left also (per specs).
