As Africans we have the most beautiful continent and lands. But the world will never know because so much has been taken away from us. Nevertheless, we love our continent… the land God gave us. I ❤Africa.
This is only my second video of yours that I've seen, and I am subscribing! Thank you so much for your videos, I love them! Im so excited. I will be traveling to Accra next month for almost 3 weeks! I can't wait to experience a world so far from what I am accustomed to. 😊💛
Hai Tatiana. Exciting to see and learn about Ghana culture. Can i suggest u put clearly the subtitle especially when the local speaks. We would love to know their conversation. We are from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Good luck to you
Hello, I just discovered your channel, and I must say I've been binge watching your videos wherever I have time. I miss Ghana so much and watching your videos makes me feel different types of emotions...
Tatia, well done. I love how you are showing us around Cape cost. I haven't eaten at the joint you ate the waakye and I must say it looked yummy. I will definitely go eat there when I visit Ghana 🇬🇭 . Thank you so much for showing us around. God bless you
Taty! I am late to commenting, and this was another excellent video🔥🔥🔥! Really loved how, you chronicled the start of the journey to Cape Coast, the eating of the waakye, some shots of the Cape Coast castle and ended with the canoe making process🏰📷. As for the waakye and how our local foods are prepared and consumed is simply the best🥣. At times the sauce is not even needed. The shito you cannot do without, and there must be meat or egg added. I do not like noodles added to my waakye. The route from Accra to Cape Coast can be laden with heavy traffic🚗🚘, but it appears you guys avoided that. The castle is an emotional draw for many, and of the painful kind. The canoe🛶 making was fascinating and a lot was learnt. A single canoe can go for $8,000 was an eye opener. Quite labor intensive to construct an entire canoe. Glad it creates jobs for the youth and community. For another day, it will be interesting to speak to fisherfolk on the process of fishing and sending to market. As always great video, keep up the good work, and we are here for all your content!
That food looks so delicious! What song is that playing in the background while they're eating the food? I Keep hearing it but I don't know what it's called.
Great video! I wondered how they made the fishing boats. That’s smart to hollow the tree to make the bottom instead of making it with planks. Do they paint them for the customers also?
