Yes her English is good and Yes I understood her very well. Once again we get great content and learn a lot from Tatiana and one thing that I have learned is that women in Africa are physically and emotionally strong !!!!
When you come to Techiman in the Bono East region of Ghana we don't joke with this drink, is one of our favorite. Thanks for sharing
👸🏽⭐️♥️👍🏽🌴 Wonderful video keep up the great work
It’s natural from GOD don’t even have to plant it! I love that!
i really love what they are doing but i think there should a machine or any device that can extract the juice from the fruit easily
hardworking women thank you for sharing with us 👍
It has a nice smell too very interesting
Very informative. Great work done ✅
We have it in Volta Region too and it is call agor . When it is planted as a tuber it can be uprooted and cooked and it is call agorte , when they live it then it grows into a big tree that produces this fruit and the leaves are use in weaving the local fan call apapaa in Ewe .
Wow 😯
This is a hard work woow
Good job for sharing oo my child
The fan palm tree is the most Ancient Palm in the world.
It’s amazing how the fruit looks exactly like a bigger version of the oil palm fruit.
We have it in parts of the Volta Region too…
The Ga tribe call it #Wowoti.
In the Volta, region my grandma used to hang the orange fleshy fibre to repel mice from eating the food in the pantry.
Good video, Tati! Never seen or heard of this fruit. I learned something new today. Well done!
I haven’t seen any videos on Air BnB in Sunyani. Can you do a video on that? It will be nice to know places we can stay and how much it will cost when we visit. Keep up the good work. I always look forward to your videos. 🤝
Sure
Thank you! 🙏🏽
We have it in the Volta Region of Ghana. Its very sweet. Only it takes much time to be cooked.
Africa is blessed with huge variety of ancient fruits which are soo nutritious with immense health benefits
The palm is called lontar in my place. Its leaves can be used as buckets, paper (before paper was invented) and musical instruments.
If you open the seed, it is like coconut, u can eat that too as food. It tastes exactly like coconut
Awwwwwwww this is one my favourite.
We call it KOUÉ in Ivory Coast. But we cook the seeds and the corn together, just like you did but we keep the seeds in the drink we don’t wash it out. Then when you serve yourself and eat the seeds like mango.
It give you white teeth😂😂😂😂😂after sucking all the juice from that seed, the hair with clean your teeth 😂😂😂.
Thank you Tati❤️❤️❤️
Oh wow. That’s interesting
Wow we used to cook this fruit in my village in somewhere Ghana , volta region, precisely Akrorfu and Ziavi area, has nice taste, can be eaten raw and boiled, you have to cook it for long time to get soften, and it's called in volta region, Agor, the aroma awesome, sis weldone
Sure , it is call Agor and u can mash it with boiled corn , it is really sumptuous.🥰
Extracting the juice and husk. In Accra years ago the fruit was very to eat. Cook and strain the beverage. When I go to sunyani bono I will try the drink.
These women are pro at pounding this thing. See the way they are using just one hand as if it’s so easy. 💪
The Volta region have them too, but I believe they don't do anything with it. I have been always thinking that, this thing is useless like an animal zebra that, we can't do anything with it, didn't know it's useful at some places. Hmmmmm unbelievable ! I have learned something today. Thanks to all of you ! 😘 ❤ 💕 ♥ 💓 💙
Hey, this is my childhood food , nkoranza people food. It soo tasty and full of energy
Discovery minister👌🏽😁😁😁. It looks good
Hhmmm this one de3 it got me paaa ooo😜
We have a lot of these palm wasting in the Eastern part of Nigeria. In fact we have may of them at Uni-Zik permanent site during my university days. I don't know whether the Nothern and Western part of the country eat it.
Wow this very new to me, have heard the local name like you mentioned but didn't know it use.. Have learnt something new.. Africa is really blessed
I like how she says okay: "okei"
We know this fruit, plam, orange colour juice, sweet scent🇧🇩🇬🇭❤️tataina
I'm from Togo🇹🇬🇹🇬 , i Know the fruit but don't Know that we Can make a juice with.... Wonderfull and great job!
I learnt something knew today, even though I am a Ghanaian, more of such content, well done Tati
We have that fruit in Senegal 🇸🇳 we call it *ronn* . But I am discovering that there's a juice made of it .
Oh wow then it’s in most of the African countries
@@TatianaHaina and like you said no one climbing the tree 'cause it's too tall. Reason why the Wolofs call it *ron* meaning *under* the trees, since they just wait for the fruit to fall.
One of my favorite drinks 😋😋😋 I just love it, currently enjoying some as am commenting, and is a seasonal thing
I'm learning more about Ghana 🇬🇭 n it's People on Tatianas channel than I ever expected..Great Country by the looks n certainly worth a visit if I ever do go to Africa..
Wooow this is amazing. Have never seen such fruit in my entire life.
That was my first time too
@@TatianaHaina

In my village we eat it row , l used to eat it when l was a kid
Oh wow
I think. in indonesia we call it LONTAR, we didnt consume the husk... we eat the seed when its young. Its peeled easily and yes.. the tree was realy high and we climbe to get the fruit. The young seed was realy good actualy, when lontar seed getting old, ithink it wont taste good.
I absolutely love this drink . it’s such a healthy drink too and very fulfilling
Oh wow you knew it? I didn’t ooo
@@TatianaHaina lol yeah , it’s cos one of my family member used to make it and sell it and she always came to our house to make sales before she officially sets of to town.
If it wasn’t for this video, I wouldn’t have known not a lot of people know about this drink lol
i

@@monabmm really, I never experienced that, maybe it depends on where you got yours from
We have some in my hometown
At Volta region but we called it agor
Wonderful
I have never seen this type of fruit before
😬
Hi sister can u do a video on Ramadan and how Ghanaians do it
Mmaa kube is everywhere but more in the B A. The leaves of the young trees are used for weaving the local fan (paapa)
Kube Koko ( coconut porridge)I tried it so many times when I was in the village 👍👍

It can also be found in the Volta Region

Wow that's my favorite "tue" as called in my home town Sunyani. I really like it with maize and a tbsp of sugar to taste.
There is some in Kumasi.
I have seen this fruit before, but never thought it edible. Thanks for this video. So educative.
Stay blesssssssssss
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟💓🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
🙂🙏🏼
Taty! Amazing amazing video, and the intro was so professionally done💥💥💥! The intro laid it all out for us, and that is the way it is supposed to done. You are great at this UA-cam thing and makes you stand out from the crowd🤼. In edition, your editing, camera quality, and camera angles is great and has improved big time📷📷. Your entire production is so so good. I was born and raised in Accra, and spent some time as well in Kumasi, and I have never come across this fruit or drink before🍹. All I can say is that, you have certainly educated me today and glad to learn something new. Certainly an eye opener! Very educational and entertaining🥳📚. The process is very involved, and all the pounding and lifting makes it quite the exercise💪🏿. One key point, allowing Sister Amina to speak (and yes we loved her English) and explain the process was very well done. At the end I loved how real you and Ala were in regards to the tasting of the fruit and drink. Your authenticity and how candid you are, is what makes your videos so compelling and attractive. We love your content, and keep it coming!
Aaaawww thanks boss. I’m glad you love what you see. Still improving 🥰
2nd here .. amazing video hun
Stellaaaa second de3 you deserve a gift 🎁❤️
Tati they prefer using the tree for roofing and that is what is mostly use for roofing our mud houses and it is very common in Volta region it is call agorti in Ewe .
Oh I see
This fruit is found here in Florida but know one use it people get angry because they say it makes a mess outside there home so some will have it cut down if they are allowed to get a permit to do so in the us you need permission to cut down most trees! These have a thick shell on it like a coconut. We even have the palm nut here in Florida lots of it but I think only some birds eat them people here don’t even eat there regular fruit trees they always on the ground. This is very interesting.
Woooow. This is new to me
The one in Florida is not this one…it is a different palm tree. Many people confuse it with this one…most of these palms in America bear no such fruits…
This one is native to Afrika and Sri Lanka.
In the upper east region we have some n usually we eat it raw☺️is super nice🥰
Raw??? 😃 wow
@@TatianaHaina yeah it can be eaten raw n It is very delicious , we eat it raw too in Volta or we eat it with boiled corn .
Because this I subcri channel today we have in Ghana north
Wooww haven’t seen this before 🙂
🙂
My favorite this afternoon I bought this at main station

First time hearing of this. Wow

Very educational! Thanks 😁
❤️
It's called Palmyra palm fruit....💓💓💓
Thanks for sharing
Wow, this is so cool.
What weeks you day the flavor is? I wonder if you'd have enjoyed it a bit more with no corn? It almost looks like tomato soup with corn which I love. I'd really enjoy trying this.
I miss drinking this,I guess it's in season. Am gonna get some 💃💃💃
It’s almost gone
Awww😢😢.
But where am from you buy the kube and corn plus sugar separately and mash it yourself ar home
I love it I'm in Sunyani and have been buying from Her for the past 5 years. Good job
But how can I get in touch with you Tatiana I'm in Sunyani around parks and Gardens behind the Bank of Ghana
Hello Tatiana I love 💖 this tin , please I will be in sunyani this sama I need to see you
This reminds me of my childhood at Begoro Presbyterian school. It was all over at the school compound and the vocational institute.
Then you know it

I never knew mbaa Kube was edible. Wow
31 years of my life I have never seen this before
😮 wow I’m glad I educated you in something new
This is very common in bono and bono east is very sweet
Wow interesting
My favourite I really miss it
Whoa, I miss the taste of this fruit
Adding honey 🍯 will be fine.
It’s because it’s smaller compared to normal coconut
Never tasted it before too
I’ve never seen something like this before, I thought it was coconut at first sight.
Weeweti.. Very hard.
If you have it small, you can use your hand to mash it
Just like abenkwan
I have never seen it before wow
Watching from Saudi Arabia
Honestly speaking, I’m completely lost about this recipe😜 however, I know mmma KUBE is very hard to break ooo! I salute you all women! Thanks for sharing dear 👍
Same when I learnt about it
Tatiana could you teach the woman to use stem cut board and chop the eemaakube on before she chops her fingers with the cutlass. Get her boadr.
some people eat this in ivory coast too 🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️🤷🏽♂️ more in West regions
