this is a really nice cage! just remember to put heavier items like your wheel and sand bath on stilts so that way your hamster can burrow under then without getting crushed!
The enclosure looks really good! We just got two robo sisters and have them in a large enclosure but it's our first time with hamsters so we don't have everything to make it be as amazing as yours. It's a work in progress but our girls are already burrowing, foraging, and running on their wheels :) I can't wait to see who you bring home!!
i know this comment was posted 3 months ago but all hamster species are strictly solitary, i know pet shops say that they can be together but they shouldn't be
nice set up .....did you put platforms under the heavy items like the sand bath and soil as we dont want your new hammy getting squished if it burrows under them ?
You have such a nice cage! Do you sanitize your wooden houses and other things? Ive been researching but i cant find anywhere if i can freeze my wooden hamster wheel to kill the bacteria from my local store
Thanks! I usually sanitize everything that goes in the enclosure. Yes, you can freeze all your wooden items! It’s a great way to kill any bugs or bacteria present

Wow the cage is beautiful!
Thank you!
You’ve created a lovely setup, the new hammie will love it I’m sure! 🐹💖
Thanks!

I haven’t done that yet but I found some stilts on Amazon that can support the heavy items. I’ll order those and put them in as soon as possible!
why are you putting that green thing between the layers at the bedding? (sorry, my english's bad)
@@MirabellaPlayzzz I put the hay between the layers of bedding because it helps stabilize the burrows :)

Do you have a lid?
@@lettertoearth Yes! All my cages have lids that are very secure. I just had the lid off for filming purposes 😊
