I plant a lot in my garden. I have the same. We call it ochro in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹. I used to make the water but I just find it’s easy to eat it raw. I love it. Never made me throw up. I just don’t like wasting food so that’s why I eat it raw. It’s yummy and a tiny bit kinda sweet. I actually eat all the veggies in my garden raw.

It is bitter and I eat it raw all the time. People cant understand how I can do it. I also make smoothies with bananas, mango, and other yummy fruit but most tines I put raw garlic in it. When you see people younger than you dying from not eating healthy, losing limbs, getting cancer and diseases etc. then you will understand it. I prefer to eat healthy and when I go out, I will eat what I want. like chocolates, cake and ice cream etc. But my home is only for healthy stuff.

Well, I just stumbled upon your video to know what you're going say about the benefits of the juice. I personally I do eat Okra row. This is very sad. People do all sorts of video on UA-cam just to decive people , and lots of people will do just as you said. Why why why liar? Why tell them you are drinking it for them???
