i have this system and love it. But why cant it work with the Mac mini m4?

Hi there! The Xebec Snap is compatible with the Mac Mini M4 but you wouldn't be able to mount it to anything. We suggest the SoloScreen would be the better option here if you intend on having it sit alone. More information about the SoloScreen at the link in our bio 😄

@ how do I get it to work? I use the usb c plug that goes to one of the screens and plug it in to the back of the Mac mini m4 and nothing happens. The screen goes the the logo but does not do anything after that. Could you do a tutorial video demoing this. My current setup is I have the screens mounted to my gaming laptop but I don’t plug it into the laptop to extend the screen but I would plug it into the Mac mini instead. This was I can use my pc gaming laptop and use my Mac mini as a streaming pc. But again, nothing happens when I plug it in. Any suggestions?

How does the monitor transfer video and get power through the magnet? Is there an HDMI/USB C cord on it anywhere?

Yes, the Snap Bracket connects to your laptop via USB-C or USB-A!
