For anyone who couldn't find this info on how to remove the square brackets on a restricted (final) document, SIMPLY UNRESTRICT. I looked

Yes, please. I need to know this as well! I only want clients to be able to add information in the text cell, not the whole document. Did you find an answer?

Hi, I have a question:
I have already protected the document allowing fill-in function. But when users want to type in, it changes the whole look of the document, means the table sheet shifts and doesn't look good anymore...any idea how to protect also that part?

Hi, question-
Is there a way to permanently remove highlighting from editable areas within a protected word document? If I send this to my customer as it is, it shows tinted yellow and brackets around editable regions which is very distracting.
There seems to be only one way of unchecking the box box, however, it's very unprofessional to ask your client to first do that.
Please suggest if there is any way out. Thanks
