There's a great honesty about Frank aligned to a massive intelligence. I'm an Arsenal fan but love to see him turn Everton round to the big club they should be.
Great insight to what goes with the dynamics of building a squad, hope this is the new start of Everton, because we really need it to be after last season. Our club is so far away from competing in terms of squad as they were bought for other systems and sitting on a high wage for not much output. With the few signings we've had and the outgoings, we can start to really build a squad who at the very least pulls in the same direction, which will ultimately help us in the future.

The problem with Lampard is that he over complicates things in his mind. There is no question he knows the game but his intensity nullifies the nuance of management, it’s about feel and an element of dark arts. Lampard is too much heart on sleeve and the edge required to be a top manager gets lost.
Love Frank, even though he's not so keen on us Hammers these days, he was an incredible watch even in those hey-days at West Ham, could tell he was going to be special and boy was he. Broke my heart as a kid when he left but as an adult I get it. Could listen to him talk football all day he knows his stuff and the passion is ever present. Hope one day he may return to us Hammers as a manager ⚒️
I've just watched the most recent Sean Dyche interview and the "alignment" part of a football club is so important to the success of a club. This is what Mikel Arteta has introduced into my club and its changed EVERYTHING, its made such a huge difference to where the club is now and where we're going. It's odd to see Frank in his Everton gear knowing now that he's been sacked and Sean Dyche has been bought in. I'm sure Frank will be back in another job soon, failure is all part of building character and will help him in his career.

Frank made a big mistake when he was at Derby, he had every body behind him, the board the players and especially the fans. This was such a good podcast! Of course, Lampard has really high quality content to offer, given his status as a player and experience as a manager of a very large football club. It's also the hosts - they let Lampard talk, were articulate and very active listeners. Really well done! I've subscribed. I'd pay for this kind of football content.
I don't think that Frank would have got us to glory, but I do think what hurt Frank was finishing so well in his first year. I'm sure the higher ups at Chelsea were expecting him to come in, ride that season out, finish 10th, say thank you and move on. After his first year they couldn't sack him so why not go again? It would be interesting to see what Chelsea would look like under Frank and Boehly, as they've both alluded to building a club up.
After watching this episode I sincerely feel sad and hard done by seeing Frank at Everton - with no malice intended Chelsea Needs a 2.0 with Frank - new owners and new mentality on his side. Chelsea still needs his grit, Cech (hopefully), Terry and A. Cole in the technical team 2.0 🙏 Good luck for this season Frank - I hope you grab a trophy this season...
I listened to this podcast and felt it was very well done by all three men with what appeared to be a conversation/interview with no scripts visible, which is something I love and appreciate. To me, it shows these men know their jobs very well and all comments, questions and answers all come from their knowledge and their heart. I am 75+ and an Everton supporter since 1954 & Season Ticket holder for the last twenty five years. Sadly I have given up my season ticket this season due to health reasons but I still follow them daily. I offer my congratulations to them all especially Frank who is doing an good heartfelt honest job at Everton FC.
I love this man to bits. He‘s such a well spoken man. I still remember when he had his first press conference as a chelsea manager. Every word he said i agreed with. He has the ability to hit the nail on the head and say the right words at the right time. You can see how smart this guy is by just listenting to him. Honest and humble. Forever a role model. Forever a legend. Forever Super Frank!

Great interview with Frank Lampard on Everton life and his His mentality as a manager manager football club And Perspective Of Dealing with the current footballers In today’s game God blessed you 🙏❤️
I think Frank's mistake was not accepting the reality of Roman's Chelsea, that is, the win now plan later mentality. Perhaps he was right in his longer term vision for the club but he was foregoing the present for a future vision of the team of which there were only glimpses.
First time listen to this podcast really top work. Frank is doing great things at Everton no massive expectations as most blues will look at it .Great building blocks being put in after years of mismanagement. SUPER FRANK 💙
Loads of time for Frank. He should have been a West Ham Legend. Unlucky how some idiots treated him as a kid, then he reacted naturally. Met him off the pitch, top bloke. ⚒️
This man just understands Football. Has a drive and integrity that EFC need. Not to mention the success he achieved as a player which brings a winning mentality back to the club. 100% behind him.
Something telling me uncle Frank will not be invited back on the high performance podcast for a third time any time soon. Needs to building his style and charisma up from the lower tiers like league 1 at best.
Frank, you are chelsea Legend and i wont forget your contribution as player or manager, absolutely brilliant, you bring young players to team and give them confident and opportunity, you are real legend!!
Frank is what we needed at the time, I'm not going to be one of those chelsea fans blinded by loyalty saying slwe should have kept frank, because he will know better than any of us how the managerial policy worked at chelsea, he did what we needed him to and got us into a better place than we could have ever hoped for and then we had to let him go

You brought the fanbase back together we are now 1 again and the signings are looking good keep it going mate the players and you are growing week by week we will get better & better.
I'm biased as Frank is my all time Chelsea idol but I just don't understand the negativety that gets thrown his way. He's a young manager learning his trade and learning from his successes and his mistakes. How can we ever expect to have world class British managers when we shoot them down after two seasons. Maybe the Chelsea job did come to early for him but he was never going to say no. Did a great job and helped cement some of the best Chelse youngsters we've seen in a generation. Really wish him all the success and hope to maybe one day see him manage Chelsea again. Thanks Super Frank
Would Frank have got into the premier league if it wasn't for Chelsea? I don't think so. Just like managers give players a start, I feel Chelsea gave Frank his start. Maybe one day he'll return.
As far as British managers go, hopefully Potter will surprise people. If you read about his career so far, he does seem like young manager with very great potential. As for Frank, would love himback at Chelsea one day, more experienced etc. What he did for our youth was brilliant.
@@fuzzmuff63 Yes I agree, I would love Potter to do well, not just for Chelsea but for British managers. Now he has a big club with a brilliant squad and cash for transfer windows. Let's see what he can do and I just hope he can cope with the pressure of a big club.
I'll always attribute half of the 2021 ucl success to Frank because unlike AVB who had an absolutely horrid time and was on thevrinknof getting knocked out by napoli, he the Lampard-Tuchel transition in the ucl was smooth and continuous

🔵🌎💚⚽💚💙🌟💙🌕☀️🌹
This was such a good podcast! Of course, Lampard has really high quality content to offer, given his status as a player and experience as a manager of a very large football club. It's also the hosts - they let Lampard talk, were articulate and very active listeners. Really well done! I've subscribed. I'd pay for this kind of football content.
Thank you so much! 😄👏
So minus the trophy what has Tuchel brought to Chelsea ?
No first 11 yet
He’s so well spoken
After watching this episode I sincerely feel sad and hard done by seeing Frank at Everton - with no malice intended Chelsea Needs a 2.0 with Frank - new owners and new mentality on his side. Chelsea still needs his grit, Cech (hopefully), Terry and A. Cole in the technical team 2.0 🙏 Good luck for this season Frank - I hope you grab a trophy this season...
He'll be telling us about what really happened at Everton in a few weeks
I listened to this podcast and felt it was very well done by all three men with what appeared to be a conversation/interview with no scripts visible, which is something I love and appreciate. To me, it shows these men know their jobs very well and all comments, questions and answers all come from their knowledge and their heart.
I am 75+ and an Everton supporter since 1954 & Season Ticket holder for the last twenty five years. Sadly I have given up my season ticket this season due to health reasons but I still follow them daily. I offer my congratulations to them all especially Frank who is doing an good heartfelt honest job at Everton FC.
Thank you for your kind comment Derek. Hope you enjoy Everton this season
Football folk love the sound of their own voices with numerous opinions and analysis. Just play the fucking game.
18:23 so much awareness from frank here, very admirable
I love this man to bits. He‘s such a well spoken man. I still remember when he had his first press conference as a chelsea manager. Every word he said i agreed with. He has the ability to hit the nail on the head and say the right words at the right time.
You can see how smart this guy is by just listenting to him. Honest and humble.
Forever a role model. Forever a legend. Forever Super Frank!
Frank lampard was my favourite player at Chelsea and as a Chelsea fab I can't find any fault with Frank lampard he is our Chelsea legend xxx
Stop crying Frank Lampard
This Jake Humphrey's full time gig now? Or does he still get to do the Champions League shizzle?
They signed too many players in Frank's second season at Chelsea, should of stayed with the team he had, all these Germans weren't worth a wank
Chilwell, Mendy and silva have been class
So true.
messy year... I think he will be loosing another job this year.. gone by xmas lad!
That's Frank Lampard, you ain't getting no truth out of him! 😂
Piss poor manager, the previous shows.
Asking people who don't have to work for a living what they have learned from being invulnerable to the vagaries of their profession seems a bit like shadow boxing with a couple of seated sparring partners
Great interview with Frank Lampard on Everton life and his His mentality as a manager manager football club And Perspective Of Dealing with the current footballers In today’s game
God blessed you 🙏❤️
Top podcast again fellas. Great hearing from Frank again. The man sounds incredibly intelligent.
Thanks for listening
After watching this, I have so much faith in Frank Lampard. Amazing interview. He will be our first manager, since Royal, to bring a trophy home. ☺️
He's a legend whether you are Everton or Chelsea. Please God give him and the toffees the strength to beat Villa tomorrow.
I think Frank's mistake was not accepting the reality of Roman's Chelsea, that is, the win now plan later mentality. Perhaps he was right in his longer term vision for the club but he was foregoing the present for a future vision of the team of which there were only glimpses.
The irony is he was a player there so he would have known
First time listen to this podcast really top work. Frank is doing great things at Everton no massive expectations as most blues will look at it .Great building blocks being put in after years of mismanagement. SUPER FRANK 💙
Thanks for listening
Loads of time for Frank. He should have been a West Ham Legend. Unlucky how some idiots treated him as a kid, then he reacted naturally. Met him off the pitch, top bloke. ⚒️
Really like this episode and the concept of it, because it highlights the evolution that is involved with high performance
As a Everton fan this just makes me love big Frank more COYB
This man just understands Football. Has a drive and integrity that EFC need. Not to mention the success he achieved as a player which brings a winning mentality back to the club. 100% behind him.
Something telling me uncle Frank will not be invited back on the high performance podcast for a third time any time soon. Needs to building his style and charisma up from the lower tiers like league 1 at best.
@@MeTaLMoNkEyLeYrOy safe to say I got this one wrong 🤣
Frank, you are chelsea Legend and i wont forget your contribution as player or manager, absolutely brilliant, you bring young players to team and give them confident and opportunity, you are real legend!!
Proud to have this man managing our great football club 🔵⚪️
Brilliant podcast. Searingly honest. So lucky to have Frank as our manager. COYB
Frank is what we needed at the time, I'm not going to be one of those chelsea fans blinded by loyalty saying slwe should have kept frank, because he will know better than any of us how the managerial policy worked at chelsea, he did what we needed him to and got us into a better place than we could have ever hoped for and then we had to let him go
Great to have you here at Everton Frank. I hope the board backs you and you get some time. This is a tough project.
Hope he comes Back to Chelsea someday as a more experienced and confident coach. Absolute Legend ❤️
💙 this is the right color my friend
fuck no
Hes ours now
Great to have you at Everton FC Frank our club was broken on the pitch and off after what the powers that be did by employing that Kopite. You brought the fanbase back together we are now 1 again and the signings are looking good keep it going mate the players and you are growing week by week we will get better & better.
He almost got you relegated 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@MrNigeriaboy Beneitez nearly got us relagated, Frank got us out
Chelseas greatest ever player Super Frank💙
The more I hear this guy talk the more and more I want him to succeed at Everton.
It would be great to see frank go on a proper Everton fan channel like toffee tv
Thanks for your time Franky boy
I'll always attribute half of the 2021 ucl success to Frank because unlike AVB who had an absolutely horrid time and was on thevrinknof getting knocked out by napoli, he the Lampard-Tuchel transition in the ucl was smooth and continuous
the last point just describes Tarkowski, Coady and Onana
"One league title now your giving it the F'n biggun" 🤣🤣 My GOAT!
hope he does well with everton, who r a big club ,frank will adapt his game to the players he has.he knows ticky tacker isnt going to happen like it did at chelsea ,so he will mix it up and b successful.from a chelsea fan.
Well documented video, great to hear the thoughts of Frank after watching him play for so many years👍🏾👍🏾
Glad you enjoyed it
Any plans to have Pep, Klopp, CR7 on the podcast? would be great to hear from them at some point
Yeah, we all want to hear about high performance from a rapist. Leave Ronaldo out of this.
We’re working on that!!!
Super Frankie Lampard 💙.
What a genuine man.
CHELSEA through and through, thank you for everything.
Godspeed with the Scouser’s.
Sound is fine
Finished listening to this earlier - phenomenonal episode 👌
Top guiding principles for anyone operating in a team context or just dealing with adversity in general.
Say what you want about Lampard's managerial record at Chelsea, but Frank Lampard the man is brilliant.
Took away many fascinating insights from this episode, like I did in his first interview.
Thank you so much for listening, RJ! 🙏
@@HighPerformancePodcast you're very welcome guys, honestly really appreciate the top quality content you guys produce 🙏💙
I enjoyed frank at chelsea, and the club should have backed him, he will be a success at Everton ❤️💯
