Yesterday I bought Forza Horizon, and when I played it, I felt like being in the Gumball 3000 Festival, with all the street racing cars and the DJs playing the music. But only a thing changes: the Festival is called Horizon and it's located in Colorado, the USA.

@LethalJizzle actually no: in copyright law "fair use" considers that usage of portions of content, especially in derivative works (for example a youtube movie commenting a broadcasted video or song where only part of that video or song is used) is legally permissible. The majority of non allowable videos on YT are music videos, and those are almost always automatically filtered on submission. Megavideo instead had thousands of full movies and series. And Yes Kim Dotcom Schmitz is pretty gross
