Is this a mk7 2.4 rwd iv got a mk7 2.4 rwd what symptoms did u have was it over heating ? Mine looses water slowly n has a tinny bit of steam cone from above the water pump so I think it's losing it from the waterpump gasket

Thank you. No problems with the tensioner, it is spring loaded and automatic. Regards, Jon

Is this a rwd 2.4 motor? would it be easyer to remove the front rad as well?

Yes 2.4 rwd. I managed just fine with the rad in place.
