The only thing I changed was I made a purée of the raspberries with sugar, lemon, and water, then strained that to remove the seeds. It was SO SO moist and delicious. The frosting was to die for.

I have been making your recipe now on every occasion . After moving to Australia we don’t crave for Nothing Bundt anymore , huge thanks to you ! The only thing I am struggling is the frosting . Do you have a suggestion how can I make it little harder to I can wrap it in the cling film like Nothing Bundt cake does without sticking it to the plastic :)
I made this today and I would say this recipe can make 2 9-inch round cakes. Then just stack them with some icing in the middle to be a nice tall one tier cake. I tried to put it in one 9-inch round pan and it would overflow.
I know you mention that you don’t need a tip but where can I get that exact piping bag with that silver tip I want to recreate this cake for my boyfriend birthday thank you in advance :)
Hey! My betty crocker cake mix boxes are only 15.25 ounces so if yours weigh more, id just add less and weigh it. Same with the Jello if you got the larger size box. hopefully this helps :)

Nothing bundt cake puts simple syrup before frosting and bakes their cakes slow and long. Also they wrap & freeze their cakes warm. Good job!!!!
