Should apply positions first and then fill the AT form and send or we send the documents for AT first and then try to find places to hire us? Also what are working conditions as medical intern? like the hours, shifts, salary? I know I asked too much 😅

Should I look for jobs in the regions website's or can I email hospitals directly? Also is there any chance of "prolonging" your BT? For example, if I start my BT and then I want to do my ST in the same hospital, would I be able to do it or is a second application necessary? Thank you so much!
