Walter Trout is a Blues institution. He deserves so much more credit. A master musician and showman. Please know how how much I admire and appreciate this person and this music!!!
I dont have any friends that appreciate the blues, I am thankful for all of your comments I know I am not alone.
I have never had friends either who "feel" the depth of the soul we who love the blues are able to and our absolute need to feel the blues is beyond our earthly control. I like but I dont need rock n roll but I definitely need my blues from the incredibly gifted Walter Trout and his great band. ❤❤ measure .
I stayed in touch with Walter's wife while he was so ill & prayed hard for the transplant. Does my heart good to hear this performance!

Walter just keeps surpassing himself on every release. More remarkable considering he nearly died a few years back. He gives his all to the fans at every concert even in small clubs, and stays over to meet and greet people till the last fan has departed. Also we get a new album from him almost every year. And you can still get a ticket to see him for around £30. What more could we ask for? A superstar in my view, underrated and unappreciated by the vast majority. Rock on Walter, you’re the man !!!

I saw him yesterday in Cologne performing this Song...and afterwards weeping on Stage. This was a very moving moment for me. This man is really living his music
Almost two years has passed since I heard this and I'm only more convinced that this is one of the greatest guitar performances in the history of blues rock and probably guitar music in general.

I have several Jimmy Dawkins albums and for me the rawness of his guitar is what gave me the appeal for his blues. Walter is in another chapter, top, top blues man. Got his music, followed his music from way back. Veneering his own personal smoothness to this beautiful number gives it something special.

Saw him at BB Kings Holy S))T wow what a performance. When people were leaving, it was quiet - trying to absorb what we all saw. His son is carrying on with the Trout name- the son is hell of a guitarist on stage ! Trout has always been underrated...

Only saw Walter earlier this year because he had Broken Witt Rebels supporting, and so glad I did. What an outstanding performer. Priveleged to have seen this last week at the Picturedrome. What an inspiration to any other blues guitarist, young and not so young.
I thought about going to that one, I didn't in the end, but I'm going to see him in smallish venue in Burnley in October, I have most of his albums, he is just an unreal guilar player.

Great bluesman. Song reminds me "The Thrill is gone", by B. B. King. His style brings together the best of Gary Moore+Peter Green+Rory Gallagher+B. B. King+John Mayall. Great, great bluesman.
