Here is some UI customization. You can hide each UI element separately by pressing the bottom right buttons. I miss to be able to hide the menu also. Anyways, right now in this beta 2, all the customization resets if you die, talk to npc or log out, i hope they will fix it soon.
You can move the camera position freely to your choice, not many games offers this and it's pretty useful. I like to change the camera position depending on the class, or to make some video.
When you press Ctrl+U, there is a total UI removal, and a custom camera control with special filters.
Shift+Arrow keys: Controls the Filters/Noise grain/Rotation
Ctrl+Arrow keys: Controls the DoF and Focus
Alt+Arrow keys: Controls Camera X/Y position
