Silent tune used to have spring on the spool shaft it self now it's just rubber ring

So basically just the old slx xt with some rubber o rings on the spool shaft for supposedly silent tune. Well thats not much of a upgrade, a mgl spool, bearing upgrades slight design changes those are actual upgrades that matter lol smh.

Honestly after jumping from the curado k to m with the rubber rings, there is a difference but shimano could have definitely added the MGL spool but i guess it would affect the price

​@@jaydenoutdoors I own all lol and there's not enough difference in the k and the m as far as silent tune goes. The spool upgrade is what made the difference lol. Honestly don't think they'd be a need for a price raising if they'd added the mgl spool. Didn't make a difference in the k to m, the m stayed in the same price range as the k was. The slx xt is a great reel and would be a amazing reel with the mgl spool and micro ball bearing spool bearings for smoother longer casting abilities.
