- Women have lots of questions for me about how I got pregnant naturally at 41 and 45. I'l be answering any of your fertility-related question on this livestream.....not just regarding what I did, but more importantly, what YOU can do.

I am going to be 32 on 26th april. Lost my first baby boy (full term) at his 4 days of age on 2019. Conceived again on July 2021, misscarriage happened on September 2, at 10 weeks. Trying again. It’s not happening. 😭😭😭😭 May Allah help me have a healthy baby this time. Please wish me good luck. All wanna be moms, my best wishes with you.

Hi Natalie, very encouraged by your comments that you've observed successful stories of women above 40. Do you have data?
I tried IVF for a year at 44 with excellent donor sperm and 7/10 times made an embryo or two, doctor just threw them back in 3 days later but the uterine window of implantation was later in my cycle, all messed up by the hormone pumping. None of the embryos stuck. Doctor didn’t care just wanted $10k for easy couple of hours of work. So $100k of failure later i gave up on IVF just wanted a fresh sperm donor. Took years to find. Now I am nearly 48, have found a fresh sperm donor age 35 but quality unknown, he is generally fit but appears to have a congenital defect which he says is not hereditary. I am older and my eggs won’t be as viable. Still got regular menses but they are starting to wobble from the 28 days, sometimes 26 or 36 now. I am still going each month trying with urine-test kits for ovulation then donor sperm. I am doing alternate day fasting to lose weight also for covid since i won’t get the vax. Is there any advice you might give? (No donor eggs)

Do you think High parity could postpone menopause onset?what do you think about breastfeeding and parity impact fertility lenght?

I am 41, having been trying on and off for a year naturally to Fertility supplements such as pills/tea/vitamins/ovulation stripes/Flo-Clue app. Get my menstrual every cycle for 1-3 days, from spotting to medium and cramping days before/after. Look forward to getting a BFP soon. Any suggestions? Do I have a chance or is this an early sign of pre-menapause. BTW, my partner is 43. Please pray and guide us 🙏. Ty!
I’m 44 and TTC. I noticed that I’m only bleeding 3 days now, for years it was 4 days which I understand is normal. Do you mind if I ask how many days you were actually menstruating each cycle before you got pg with your second baby? I’m just trying to figure out what’s normal and if I should worry that bleeding for a fewer # of days means my cycle is disappearing.
I had short bleeds also during that year of my 2 miscarriages and my successful pregnancy. Maybe 1-2 days med/light flow, then taper to spotting for 1-2 days. I'd say do your best to keep yourself nourished and your hormones in balance but don't assume it's a deal breaker. I continued to cycle regularly for a few more years after that too....and the bleeds got longer at one point. So it definitely doesn't necessarily mean it's on a vanishing path. I'm sure it varies from woman to woman.
@@FertilityfromtheSoul Thank you! This is very helpful and thank you for sharing so openly. It really helps to know what other women experienced at the same age. I suppose the key is whether or not you're ovulating every month, if yes, you can still get pregnant.

Hi, my eggs didn’t grow during stimulation. Are these egg quality issues to or hormonal imbalances?
This is not my specialty area, but my impression is that it could be due to egg quality or stimulation protocol.

I'm sorry you're going through losses. Please don't lose hope though. If you're getting pregnant and having miscarriages, I believe there's hope you can have a healthy pregnancy if you improve egg quality.

Did you have fertility issues?
I had 2 miscarriages due to poor egg quality. No other known fertility issues.

What’s considered low AMH?
I'm not sure the cutoffs off the top of my head. You can google search that. Mine was 0.059-0.099 the three times it was tested. Below 1.0 would definitely be considered low, so mine was ultra low. I did a whole video on that topic here: ua-cam.com/video/0q9fbV5fYy8/v-deo.html
