Bro. Thank you for your videos. I found you today. Hello! I am moving to Florida and think it will be to Fort Lauderdale. I’m single after a 20 year marriage and no kids. I’m fun and musical. Budget is $3000 a month for housing. I need to be around fun and energetic but don’t mind driving a few miles for the fun if I can get more for my $. My current situation is at my budget of $3000 for a 3 bedroom house. I’m a musician so I need to be able to be loud! And I need at least a one car garage for corvette. I have 2 cars. Can you help and coach me? I may drive the corvette there in august and try to store / leave. Then come back to Los Angeles and do Uhaul and tow my truck. Help me! I will know no one there!

Hey Jes, I would agree that condos aren’t meant for everyone. I tend to see the people who get the most benefit out of those high rise condos, especially on the beach, are snowbirds who rent it out during season. But yes, like i mentioned in the video, condos don’t appreciate like single family homes/townhomes and the association fees alone can be equivalent to a rent payment every month
