An asterisk, cooking the meat CAN increase the value because you can randomly cook a Gold Star meal from regular ingredients and in this case, you actually will get more gold. Now, a tip for gold making once you have your cooking up, cook with friends. If you cook the recipes that require multiple steps, your friends can help with the steps all working together, and EVERYONE will get the 3x meals. So, you can farm a ton of gold cooking higher end recipes and combining everyone's resources.

I'm selling almost every to every second in-game day. I have been fishing a lot too, because of the vaults, so those are my two main ways to earn Coins at the moment. But I also usually like foraging at Bahari Bay, Beachcomber Cove. Going the rounds there over and over again might be boring, but gets you a good sum as well.
Honestly just do what you enjoy it all ends up making gold in the end but for a new or early start player if you don’t mind spoilers look up where all the hidden loot chests are in both zones you’ll get some good items to sell plus coins and if you find them all you will earn renown since it is a achievement goal in the renown list which you can spend to increase the xp boost from focus to help level skills faster
Hunt - Turn the Hides into Leather overnight and then sell them when you wake up. Nets you even more per hour as 1 Hide = 1 Leather. I will never sell Hides outright again since it's losing out on Gold.

If possible, when you first get into an area with animals, fire near every single one at first, before you start killing. However, just chasing gold all the time kind of sucks the fun out of the game for me.
Why not use the pickling/jamming station thingy to pickle/make jam with your fruits and veggies? When I do that I make a ton of gold. Sell about 30 jars of each pickled vegetables at a time! It may take time and patience, but it’s worth it!
Actually, cooking DOES give you more money. About 20% of the items you cook are upgraded in quality and sell for more. Overall I find you make an additional 20% profit doing this. Not a game changer, but it helps
if you cooked that fish before selling you would have gotten more gold from those since when you cook grilled fish you spend any of 2 fish but the value of both fish is added and a bit extra on top of that so you end up with even more gold in the end.
Best way to make money without having to use any crafters, skills or materials is participating in cake parties. Selling celebration cakes gives you about 1k or more per cake. Usually a cake party that is going smoothly takes about 35 to 40 minutes to make 50 cakes. So you'd make about 40k money from that.
I prefer fishing ... it's more chill and you don't have to fight for the resources... by the way, if you cook the fish you'll get more money, since the normal price of cooked fish is the sum of the fish you used, but you have the chance to get a star food, then it's 1.5 times the price... for example today after a while of fishing, my raw fish was about 3.3k gold, but I cooked it and got more than 5k
or, better yet - farm rice since it grows in only 3 days, do a couple of spice sprouts runs inbetween fishing so you don't get burnt out, make all your fish into sashimi, it is a recipe you get from fishing in Bahari Bay rivers without bait but if you end up getting it, it's worth it
@@usagiharaafiq which is an issue how exactly? not only does it combine their values but the star grading of grilled fish increases their overall price, the only thing you have to manage in such a situation if you wish to be precise is that the number of fish you collect once you end your fishing spree has to be an even number

thats a weird route, you are going there.. i wouldnt even go for the fields around the city hall... go for einars cave, the place next to it, where elusia is hanging around and move to the right side of the whispering banks.
You are making good money, But I think it is important to mention what the costs are for materials. Glow worms aren't cheap to buy, and even 100 regular works is 1000 gold. At the very least you've shown there are multiple fun ways to make money early on.
I have hundreds and hundreds of worms. I use the worm farm to make tons of fertilizer for my plants and also worms, and I just use the extra non-star tomatoes from my giant tomato Farm. I grow quality boosted star tomatoes from fertilizer and turn those into star tomato seeds. Sell the star seeds for a lot of money, keep enough to keep planting more of them, and then use the regular tomatoes that come out of it for both cooking and the worms
Do you know the OTHER cooked meat recipe that requires a stove & an oven to make? If you just sold those, how much would you make? They are time-consuming to make, so I imagine they'd sell for more. A little too time-consuming for my taste.
what? I never have it that dark at night! Why? It's almost the same and I don't feel oftentimes when it's day or night if I miss to hear the rooster. 🤔🧐
i just rotate my time.... first i hunt with 400 arrows and put the meat in the worm farms then do a full crop of tomatoes and when im waiting for the watering stage i go hunt again....... im at the point now that i have a few 100k and buying more rooms everyday stacking hundreds of glow worms and always have enough of everything to keep the cycle going

soooo... your "trick" is, literally just play the game? Rank up your hunting... by hunting. Have lots of copper, (so rank up your mining, by mining,) maybe sell the meat- or maybe rank up your cooking by ... cooking. So literally. Play the game.
You can actually make more money gardening it just takes a bit but if u pair it with hunting you will be rolling in the money for planting I stager my toomatos, Potatos, Rice and wheat. if you cooked that fish before selling you would have gotten more gold from those since when you cook grilled fish you spend any of 2 fish but the value of both fish is added and a bit extra on top of that so you end up with even more gold in the end.
I'm going to go fishing in the mines ( which is oddly named since you can't really mine in them) but I'll also try hunting too. After a copper hunt.
Wife and I do the preserve jars along with hunting.
Great video 👏
I have two worm farm. 1 potato gives you 6 worms but I do fishing just for the gifts. It's too boring for me.
You can get star quality cooked meat from non star quality meat, so always cook before selling, increases profits!
I’ve just been getting close enough to headshot sernuks 😅 doesn’t always work tho. Need those copper arrows 😁👏🏼👏🏼
If you turn the tomatos into seeds you get more profit.
I tend to keep some of the meat around not only for cooking, but also for the worm farm.
Thankyou!
I prefer fishing ... it's more chill and you don't have to fight for the resources... by the way, if you cook the fish you'll get more money, since the normal price of cooked fish is the sum of the fish you used, but you have the chance to get a star food, then it's 1.5 times the price... for example today after a while of fishing, my raw fish was about 3.3k gold, but I cooked it and got more than 5k
or, better yet - farm rice since it grows in only 3 days, do a couple of spice sprouts runs inbetween fishing so you don't get burnt out, make all your fish into sashimi, it is a recipe you get from fishing in Bahari Bay rivers without bait but if you end up getting it, it's worth it
the thing is, when we need to grilled the fish, it require 2 fish per cook
@@usagiharaafiq which is an issue how exactly? not only does it combine their values but the star grading of grilled fish increases their overall price, the only thing you have to manage in such a situation if you wish to be precise is that the number of fish you collect once you end your fishing spree has to be an even number
@@chaser8765 I just felt the cooked fish and 2 raw fish has the same price
@@usagiharaafiqyes, but the price of the cooked fish is the sum of the ingredients... if you use 2x35gold fishes the food will be 70gold ... and if you're lucky and get a star food, then it can go to 100gold ... so that's profit!! not to mention you are also raising your cooking skills
THANK YOU
Thanks, this has given me the confidence to sell all the non-meat loot from hunting - I've been hoarding in case i nedded tonnes of them later!
Thank you🙏🏾
thats a weird route, you are going there.. i wouldnt even go for the fields around the city hall... go for einars cave, the place next to it, where elusia is hanging around and move to the right side of the whispering banks.
@@ES-wn4oq how do you make seeds out of the crops?
Do you know the OTHER cooked meat recipe that requires a stove & an oven to make? If you just sold those, how much would you make? They are time-consuming to make, so I imagine they'd sell for more. A little too time-consuming for my taste.
Thx, much appreciation....
what? I never have it that dark at night! Why? It's almost the same and I don't feel oftentimes when it's day or night if I miss to hear the rooster. 🤔🧐
Grabbing a handful of campfires sounds kinda painful
i just rotate my time.... first i hunt with 400 arrows and put the meat in the worm farms then do a full crop of tomatoes and when im waiting for the watering stage i go hunt again....... im at the point now that i have a few 100k and buying more rooms everyday stacking hundreds of glow worms and always have enough of everything to keep the cycle going
Do you struggle to find clay? I haven’t found much clay. I only have seen it in one area so far.
Clay is along the coast and respawns quickly. You just have to run up and down the coast.
@@jaklg7905 hmm I’ll have to see how quick it respawns. I never have enough
I use chopping trees to make a lot of money as it's quick and i get a lot of wood which i then can sell in and stack up to hundred and make 100 quick
Nothing better than easy money.
Growing cotton cells 60 gold individually, so it will be more lucrative than other crops and it doesn’t take too long to grow either
Oof that's my least fav thing to do in the game I prefer mining xD
i feel that! 😂thank you for watching and commenting!
what does the focus do? i never eaten food unless need speace in backpack.
having your focus full will upgrade your skills even faster ! so u should always eat whenever u need to
ily ty for this
Wouldn't turning those hides into leather earn more?
Turn the tomatoes into seeds to increase the value! :)
The day after this video went up a new update dropped which dramatically reduced the spawn density of game animals. The area highlighted in the video also now spawns the next level up sernuks which take four shots from the same standard arrows.
now i just gotta find a shit-tonne of copper ore for copper bars lol. can hardly find any
I see I'm not the only one who does bug catching
Convert tomatoes to seeds and sell seeds = double the money
great tips! very helpful to newbies like me
how u stack that steak to full quantity
the meat stacks to 30 and cooking the meals stack a lot higher!
kEEP YOUR BOW REPAIRED! I found this out the hard way. If you let it go too long it downgrades and becomes the previous version of the bow and you have to craft the bow you should have kept repaired again.
you dont sell the tomatoes, you sell the seeds you turn them into
I hope you play palia again 😊
soooo... your "trick" is, literally just play the game? Rank up your hunting... by hunting. Have lots of copper, (so rank up your mining, by mining,) maybe sell the meat- or maybe rank up your cooking by ... cooking. So literally. Play the game.
You can actually make more money gardening it just takes a bit but if u pair it with hunting you will be rolling in the money for planting I stager my toomatos, Potatos, Rice and wheat. So I have a good amount in between harvesting and hunting. I make about 10k from gardening when I harvest paried with the 5 to 6k from hunting matches up pretty well for an hour of play
you make a lot more money turning those tomatoes into seeds and potatoes into pickles
Pickled potatoes are the best money wise.
make the tomato's in to seeds it will give you a bit more money
yeah i've recently started doing more farming. thanks for the heads up!!
شكرا لك مره مفيد المقطع والنصايح 👏👏😊😊
thanks
You are making more money on fisherman brew 😊
:( I am sad they only let us have a few plots now you have so many
Great video, I just downloaded the game a couple days ago and using a bow is my go to weapon of choice in all games. Thanks for the tips. :)
