      One of my favorite po yan. Sa panahon ngayon isdang dagat nalang po talaga ang mas pure organic compare to other food available sa market ngayon. Salamat po sa pagdalaw sa aking kusina :-)

      Salamat po sa comments. Lumot po kc ang pagkain nila. Yung ganitong klasing isda madaling mabulok at kapag nakabili ka ng medyo basag na yung bituka nya medyo dna po sya kaaya ayang amoy. And sariwa po nito ay buo pa po ang bituka. Ingatan din po mahiwa yung bituka at apdo kapag nililinisan. Pangpapaitan po ang pagkapait ng apdo nito.
      Kapag dpo maalam naglinis nyan tiyak pong malansa at mapait ang bandant tyan.
      Kung mapapansin nyo po sa paghiwa ko sa tyan iniiwasan ko pong kumalat yung bituka sa laman ng isda. :-)

      @Showl Inyow , Thank you for y our comments. It's my favorite part of fish too, together with fish egg.
      not in the video. but while cleaning, I always grill it direct in a foil with pepper, Salt & butter :-)
