One thing I would like to see come to Conan Exiles and that's realistic AI for humanoid NPCs where they have to hunt, cook, drink, sleep, tame animals, crafting, able to use sorcery, can have 1 religion, make own tribe with 1 leader and gain followers(not like how players can) and construct buildings (size determined on how many follower they have in their tribe and design of buildings would be base off what race of the leader of tribe). Types of Humanoids that can do these with Pros/Cons, Humans: all the above more hostile to non-Human races and Sorcery users depending on Tribes Religion, Fishmen: all the above Cons: Eats more often thus more hunting parties and builds in bodies water. Undead: Pros: doesn't Eat, Sleep, Drink, Attacks anything living turns dead bodies into zombies after awhile thus can expand very quickly doesn't work on their own dead bodies(thus they stay dead) or zombies from other tribe sorcery Note: Extremely High Threat if not kept tabs on.
Age of Warfare 3 update. Brought us the destructible Stigian keep. They actually used destructible T3 building elements for building the Stigian keep. Time to start brushing up on your heavy artillery skills
Disclaimer: aiming is reset on Server Restart. So, if you already had it aimed at someone's base to use on the next day, don't forget to rotate it again. Also, make sure you're aiming at the right direction (the one that has the reload wheels), or you might end up firing backwards and possibly against your own base.🤭 In any case, either Explosive Jars need to be nerfed, or Trebuchets need to be buffed or their mechanics simplified. At the current state, they're too slow, too complicated, and don't do anything that bombs can't do. They'll surely be effective in the hands of NPCs, as I expect them to spawn with already built trebuchets and have pretty good aiming.
IDK, I'm not sure if you're a PVP'er or not, but Trebs have been especially useful at hitting pinnacle bases, and the bomb blast can usually reach inside a god bubble far enough to crack open a corner for bat attack. Their total range is hilariously long if you raise the platform a bit. Like more than a map square. I once was hitting a base from so far away that the clan I was hitting didn't even know where I was located. They just had these bombs raining down from the sky because I was outside render range, like a LONG way outside render range. Other than that trebs a really useful at stripping anti. DISCLAIMER : Bats change things, but when I build pinnacle I cover my walls with anti trapdoor frames and roof with mantraps, so... back to trebs for most attackers. I agree with the jar nerf though. As a solo when I lost wall stacking I became very vulnerable for a while. Many building sites became too hard to build in.
I believe the BP items are the typical teaser of what can be done in game, strange though, that they give it away before one can actually craft it. Sorcery consumables in the BP taught you only what was already available in game. By the way, in Creative Mode you can craft the Iron Siege Boulder at the Trebuchet - but I have the feeling that wasn't intended (75 Ironstone per boulder).
@TippyGunman Ahh, thanks, totally forgot about that and mistaken it for the new "Smelted Iron Siege Boulder" from the BP - which has the same icon (not very helpful). But yes, that explains that one! Confusing!
@@Pixelcave I do think there is some missed opportunity with other ores like star metal and obsidian. Also using tar in the recipe and maybe a gas version.
Well, I guess the new Star Metal Shell and Burning Siege Boulder from the BP will use Star Metal and most likely Tar as it mentions fire for the latter "These burning projectiles are sure to cause chaos, screams, and flames".
The trebuchet is beautiful to use, a pity that in pvp it is used too little. The exlosive jars are too OP, and the ability to build bases in places that cannot be attacked by a trebuchet makes pvp wars very unrealistic. I hope that in Age of war, they change a few things, rebalancing even the pvp sieges better, so that they are more realistic and fun.
Haven't used Trebuchets in a while and I know they changed a few things during Age of War (like build time, HP, etc.), but the foundation should still work the same way. You can now select to either build the Trebuchet or Ballista on a Foundation, but you should still be able to interact. Any mods installed that could interfere?
Always happy to hear feedback and constrictive criticism, but no need to get rude, really. It's a comprehensive guide for those who want context and understand the mechanics and everything around it.

Awesome! Thank you so much for this super duper guide! 🤗☺️😉
Thank you!
I really should start to use the Trebuchet more.
I guess it's time to practice aiming (at least for us). 😀
Great guide thx
Thank YOU!
How much damage do the rocks do?
I hope they let us craft more ammo types like shown in the battle pass.

@@Pixelcave You can unlock the iron siege boulder in the journey steps

Lol I always use them when raiding , I’m like a sniper with that thing

Just Ice spire or other places too?
Is this still accurate? I built the foundation, but can't interact with it in any way.

Rude...shooting at my main settlement of New Asagarth 😛
It took you almost 7 minutes to give 15 seconds of information. You'll probably get more likes if you just get to the fucking point.
