You have to edit the savegame (structuredata.json) files. Search with a text editor for runway and change the position. Its a bit of trial and error to find the right position.

I use obs for recording (free) and iMovie for editing.

You can press f10 and disable simulate construction.

its a pain he didnt noticee the taxiway getting deleted when he made a road so wide it got on the way
