@@ThrillerBonsai just a tip for u , when u buy plants from nursery , never remove all the soil at once and also try avoiding plants which r in red soil .

Hii... This is not benjamina..... It is ficus compacta... These variegated ones are known as ficus prestige or ficus safari...
