Hi sir i was able to draft the pattern. I have some trouble at (point 25)1/2 0f chest +4cm. So i could not draw the armhole because it was looking odd.
I need your advice because i was thinking maybe that 1/2 chest + 10cm (the 10cm maybe is too much for my thirteen year old)
My block is 35.5+10cm
Chest 71.1cm
Pcye20.3cm
Half back 31.2cm
Neck 28.4cm
Shirt length 53.3cm
(I just need to know why eveything change at point 25)

Yes , you need to adjust the measurement by proportion, if + 10 cm for adult, for teenage, try 8 cm or 7 cm .

Yes this method apply aged 13-15. But you do not need the waist darts and the side seam can be less curve.
