Break it sundry it. And go to marachekku store. Lots of stores are there in Chennai. Make your own virgin coconut oil. The oil come from 20 coconuts willlast long for a year.
The reason why organic extra virgin or virgin coconut or sesame is expensive compared to the normal refined ones are due to its processing method. Store brands oils usually involves multiple processes like heating,bleaching and refining and hence many vital nutrients r lost and we don't obtain the benefits as much from the oil.
